Graphic Rubric

A graphic can be designed using a variety of programs like Photoshop, GIMP or Paint. It must be league related and original. League graphics may not be re-used from other leagues. A league graphic is worth 6 TPE as long as the graphic clearly shows you put some work into it. Graphics will be occasionally reviewed and the board retain the right to ensure the graphic is of standard.

Link your graphic in the Weekly PT thread to claim 6 TPE. After grading the TPE will be directly added to your portal page.

Graphics Grading Scale

Limit of 5 per week

Any graphic found to be generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence (AI) will automatically receive a grade of 0/5 and will not be eligible for payment.

Grading Scale:
1/5 - $100,000
This category includes hastily assembled designs, poor image quality, obvious unedited source images, poor text legibility, or clear signs of automated template use without customization.

2/5 - $250,000
Some basic graphic design understanding is visible, but significant flaws persist. This includes poorly cut player renders, text that doesn't blend, minimal background changes, or unedited original branding.

3/5 - $450,000
Submissions at this level are generally presentable graphics. Editing software tools are utilized effectively, demonstrating solid design application. Flaws might include slightly imperfect player cutouts, text that could integrate better, backgrounds lacking significant modification, or less-than-ideal fonts.

4/5 - $700,000
Elements are well-blended and professional. Kit swaps or added SSL club crests are precise, with only minor imperfections. Backgrounds are thoughtfully designed, enhancing visual impact, and text is aesthetic and readable.

5/5 - $1,000,000
These graphics are flawless. There are no discernible issues that detract from the overall quality or impact of the submission whatsoever. Every aspect, from composition to execution, is of the highest standard.

Videos Rubric

A video can be created using a variety of editing programs like Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or iMovie. It must be league-related and original. Videos may not be repurposed from other leagues or outside content. A league video is worth 6 TPE as long as it clearly shows effort and thought in its editing, structure, and presentation. Videos will be occasionally reviewed, and the board retains the right to ensure they meet an acceptable standard.

Link your video in the Weekly PT thread to claim 6 TPE. After grading the TPE will be directly added to your portal page.

Video Grading Scale

Any video submission found to be generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence (AI) will automatically receive a grade of 0/3 and will not be eligible for payment.

1/3 - $500,000
Videos at least 45 seconds in length that exhibit significant issues with visual or audio quality (low resolution, poor sound, unstable footage). Editing is minimal or choppy, making content difficult to follow. The overall message or narrative is unclear.

2/3 - $1,250,000
Videos at least 2 minutes in length that demonstrate clear effort with acceptable visual and audio quality. Editing is functional and conveys the message, but may lack polish, dynamic transitions, or consistent pacing. Room for technical and creative refinement remains.

3/3 - $2,000,000
Videos at least 4 minutes in length that are flawless. No discernible issues are detracting from the overall quality or impact. Visuals are crisp, audio is clear, and editing is seamless and professional.
