An overwhelming number of people mentioned &quot;lack of sim knowledge&quot; as a reason.<br><br>We have (in accordance with Section 2 Subsection 5 Rule 1.b ) decided to create a new league job as a counter to this issue. A team can now hire a <i><b>Tactician</b></i> whose sole job is to create and submit tactics. The Tactician can then be a dedicated person on the team that focuses on FM and everything that comes with it, while the Team and Assistant manager can focus on other aspects of managing a team. <br><br>Similar to the Assistant Manager position, the hiring is deferred to the Team Manager, but should be someone that is already on the team. It is not a job that needs to be filled by a team as teams manage differently, but is an option for those that want to use it. <br><br>The job will be paid according to Tier 1 (6 capped TPE per week + $500 000 per season) in the SSL Job Handbook with a minimum requirement that the user submits new or confirms the use of old tactics at least once a week (when games occur).<br><br>The BoD and Canadice
