Looks like your bank after last week's update should have been 14, not 10. As the player updater tool has your used TPE at 566 and your total TPE at 580 prior to this week's update. So yes, you have 4 banked now. Approved and Updated! Earned TPE: 580 + 12 = 592 Used TPE: 588 Banked TPE: 4
