For Rashford, he is also under contract with the Winnipeg Aurora, a city that is far colder than anything Hollywood would experience during the season. Mikko Rashford is a player just entering his prime in the Simulation Hockey League, a league that shares many similar aspects to the SSL, though all teams are located within the same continent. Mikko has been know to describe the hockey season as a fresh break from the grueling travel that occurs within the top division of the SSL.

As a dual athlete, Mikko prefers the continued game action as it keeps himself focused. There is not time for Rashford to become soft while laying on the beach. Fortunately, Mikko has been able to keep himself from being injured in his offseason thanks to a commitment to a driven lifestyle brought on by the Aurora Management.

Interestingly, there are a couple small windows that give Mikko two mini-offseason as the Hockey season is winding down and the Football seasons is about to begin. In those windows, Mikko often flies back to one of his parents hometowns (in either Zambia or Finland) to truly get some rest. Rashford has some great connections to good physios in those areas and finds that those month long windows are exactly what he needs to reset his mind and get ready for the next challenge.

Who does he spend time training with during those mini-offseason. Rashford is known to get some rounds in at the course with Hunter Jones (or Jaeger as they call him in North America), Ricky Bobby, Gerald Gerrard, Spack Jarrow, and many other of his Hollywood teammates, many who also tend to dive into the SHL seasons with him.

APPROVED

The SEASON 2 player is 10th overall in ratings is just increasing what he already does best. I will say though he has gotten smarter now thanks to working on his decisions which is weird to see cause Owen has always been one of the dumbest players in the league so to see him get to a decent 16 is quite funny. Mentals hype certainly improved but the best ever forward is still focusing on getting what only he seems to know as the important things to make sure he is a Div 2 D players absolute worst nightmare to face.

Owen also helped himself learn the going past trait. I personally am unsure what to think about this but I have seen this be quite effective. In theory it should mean the one on ones see just a small increase of success when it comes to putting them away. The only true goal of this season & future seasons is to now score as many as possible to help out the team & his all time stats.

The first to join the 100 goal club & now the goal to become the first to 200. He has quite a lot going for him already with a lovely team so we will see how it goes in the future.

The training may have to be toned down in intensity to focus on upcoming games but rest assured he is looking real good to make major improvement like he did this off-season. He also seemingly got stronger which makes him stronger than most defenders which I know what will happen but I can't wait to see the defenders realise what will happen. I guess Owen hit the gym whilst working on being a slightly smarter cookie.

The future is bright for him to continue being a menace here.

[324 words]

APPROVED
(S2) Owen Forty-Four:
- 181 Major League Goals (Most all time)
- 76 cup goals (257 goals overall)
- Multiple golden boot awards
- Multiple team of the season awards
- Most Valuable Player award winner
- Founder of Sydney FC
- Invincible Season with SFV (In S15 as golden boot winner)
- Greatest striker of all time

Unlike most of the league's players, he doesn't travel abroad often during that time of the year since he lacks family members and his few friends are either based in Tokyo or happen to be members of the club and thus tend to not be in Tokyo proper as they visit family members, loved ones or friends outside of the country and he quite frankly would rather let them be instead of tagging along.

Lately, he's been seen frequenting Tokyo Joshi Stars' shows as he does serve as the federation's owner but besides some legalese matters and the eventual rights deal here and there, he's mostly hands-off and visits essentially to see how things are. Not to say he doesn't keep a training regimen while he's out of the season: by all accounts, he's the one member of the team that has visited the club's facilities the most due to having little else to do.

The media has, however, caught an interesting sight regarding a change in his playing style - Squall has repeatedly served as a defensive maestro that repeatedly crosses the ball side to side at his own behest. Combined with his keen talents at crossing the ball, the Canadian has remained an impressive sight in the league after all these years. Vercetti noted that this came from his Taekwondo practice, stating that he's gained a bit more of an eye for the game and his leg can now extend his kicks the way he wishes, meaning he's able to change the tide of the game with his moves.

As he grows older, some wonder what's in store for Tokyo's mercurial center-back although he quite frankly can't tell. He heard that there's a definitive future in managing and that there's always plenty of money to be made outside of the SSL but his thoughts aren't quite there yet.

APPROVED

He focused on developing his speed, strength, and accuracy to become a more well-rounded player and better contribute to his team's success.

Kofi trained with some of the best coaches and trainers in Brazil, known for their expertise in soccer-specific training. He worked on a variety of drills and exercises that were tailored to his position, focusing on improving his dribbling, passing, and shooting skills, as well as his defensive abilities.

One of the key aspects of Kofi's training was his emphasis on strength training. He worked with a personal trainer Vitor Habia who designed a program that included compound movements like squats and deadlifts to build functional strength. He also incorporated plyometrics and speed drills to improve his agility and explosiveness on the field.

In addition to physical training, Kofi also prioritized nutrition and recovery. He worked with a nutritionist Boberi Bahia to develop a meal plan that provided him with the necessary fuel to power through his workouts and games. He also made sure to get plenty of rest and recovery time to allow his body to recover and adapt to the demands of his training.

Another important aspect of Kofi's off-season training was mental conditioning. He worked with a sports psychologist to develop mental toughness and resilience, allowing him to stay focused and positive even in the face of setbacks or challenging situations on the field.

All of these efforts paid off for Kofi, as he emerged from the off-season as a faster, stronger, and more accurate player. His dedication to his training and his willingness to push himself beyond his limits are a testament to his commitment to excellence. As he prepares to compete in the upcoming season, there is no doubt that Kofi's off-season training will give him a competitive edge on the field.

(330)

APPROVED

But he knew that he needed to keep pushing himself if he wanted to stay at the top of his game. So, when the off-season arrived, he embarked on a strange and bizarre training regime that left his teammates and coaches scratching their heads.

Tiki Taka's training involved a mix of unconventional exercises, meditation, and even hypnosis. He began by spending hours each day juggling with various objects - from soccer balls to tennis balls to even fruits and vegetables. He would juggle with his feet, his knees, his chest, and even his head. He believed that this helped him develop better control and coordination, and it also kept him mentally sharp.

Next, Tiki Taka would spend hours meditating in various poses, including the lotus position and the downward dog. He would clear his mind and focus on his breathing, visualizing himself scoring goals and winning games. He believed that this helped him stay calm under pressure and improved his mental resilience.

But perhaps the most bizarre part of Tiki Taka's training was his use of hypnosis. He worked with a professional hypnotherapist who would put him into a trance and make him visualize himself playing at his absolute best. The hypnotherapist would also plant suggestions in his subconscious, such as "you are the best soccer player in the world" and "you can score from anywhere on the field." Tiki Taka believed that this helped him overcome his mental blocks and play with more confidence.

To the surprise of everyone, Tiki Taka's unconventional training paid off. In the next season, he played with a renewed sense of confidence and skill. His juggling had improved, and he could control the ball with ease. He was also calmer under pressure and could make split-second decisions on the field. And most importantly, his goal-scoring abilities had improved dramatically. He seemed to be scoring from impossible angles and distances, leaving defenders and goalkeepers baffled.

Tiki Taka's strange and bizarre off-season training had helped him become an even better soccer player. He had unlocked new levels of skill and mental toughness that had eluded him before. And while his training methods may have been unconventional, there was no denying their effectiveness. Tiki Taka had become a legend in the world of soccer, and his training methods would be studied and emulated by future generations of players.

APPROVED

This has developed his technique and dribbling skills drastically, but he has also got a lot of new contacts from other world-class football players. One interesting tip he got was that there is a secret mental training academy deep in the jungle of Amazon in Brazil.

Gintonic learnt that a mysterious retired footballer has started the academy after his playing career, because he had realized that the lack of mental training prevented him from ever becoming one of the greats. His physical and technical skills were there, but his head just wasn't at the same level. That's why he's motivated to help current day players who are dealing with same issues.

Zinedine Gintonic learnt that to get to the academy, it requires a helicopter ride to a remote location, that can't be reached by foot. The location would then have an information board with directions to the academy. Gintonic asked one of his best friends to join him on the adventure and they spent last off-season there. The best friend wants to stay anonymous, because he plays for a rival team and they don't want to disclose their friendship in public.

The trip to the academy was very rough and in itself a gruesome experience, but it was nothing compared to the academy training. The players do a lot of different mental training tasks to improve their decision making skills, composure and anticipation. They are constantly put in high-pressure situations in the harsh jungle environment, and they need to keep dribbling the ball during all of this. They will also spend long periods of time without any food or sleep, so that they learn how to stay sharp even when their mind and body are suffering.

APPROVED

No longer could she just blindly take cocaine and act hyper eccentric and expect to become the best goalie in the world. She started by working with her partner, former WSBL player Gracie Baker, to combine their knowledge into an effective diet and exercise plan to compliment her cocaine addiction and eccentric tendencies.
Following this, they contacted Cataluyna teammate Jökull Júlíusson to get an additional training partner for Alexandra, so that the grind of training was reduced by having a friend and fellow countryman to train with. The benefit of this as well is the climate training in Iceland is effective as Alexandra has to work twice as hard to achieve results in the bitter cold and mountainous terrain in the land she calls home.
The biggest thing she did was hire an actual trainer in addition to working with friends and loved ones as at some point, that seemed like a logical thing to do as well. The main thing this trainer actually did was encourage her to work out less and focus on actually recovering after the workouts she was already doing. Alexandra is known for pushing herself to insanity and not taking time to rest or recover afterwards, just inhaling more and more cocaine so that she can stay awake and not feel the pain of her joints and muscles. She hasn’t slept in 2 years somehow, science is mystified.
Combining the more appealing nature of working out with those she considers close to her and with her teammates, Alexandra is taking the strides to showcase how she can be a model athlete despite everything related to her and her past. With this new outlook on her career and the new training staff from Cataluyna behind her to figure out how to fine tune her quirks effectively, she will be an unstoppable force the future seasons with the league.

APPROVED

Historically, he has been a prolific scorer. He can attribute his excellent football mind and great shooting ability to those successes. However, he still lacks in a lot of different aspects of his game.

First and foremost, Torres needs to get better at passing the ball. In order to get better at that, he has enlisted Ask Jeeves to help him learn how to send crossing balls across the entire field. He set himself up with a catapult that will send him back the balls after he launches them. That way, he can also work on his handling when other players send him long balls in the game.

Torres also aims to get better in terms of agility and stamina. In order to do that, he has been training for a full marathon which he hopes to compete in before the start of the next SSL season. This could prove to be a tremendous task. The furthest Torres has ever run (outside of a soccer match) is just under 5 km. So, competing in a full marathon may be quite difficult.

Finally, Torres hopes to continue improving his mental attributes. Particularly his leadership and decision making. In order to do this, he will be taking an unorthodox approach. He will be playing League of Legends for hours on end, without stopping. This will not only test his mental fortitude, but it will give him a chance to practice call outs and put himself in a leadership position while helping NPCs try to win a game.

When it's all said and done, Franco Torres hopes to be remembered as one of the best strikers to ever grace the SSL pitches. These key training sessions could be massive in helping that dream become a reality.

APPROVED

The club made several signings and acquisitions over the offseason, and repositioned a few players, all with the intent of working towards their strengths and letting the players dictate how the season would roll. Jeffrey LaVert is now one of the premier strikers in the league and still improving. Miro Schweinsteiger has only improved even more over the offseason and stands to benefit greatly from the new anchor in the attacking midfield in Pascal himself. Vui Kemoeatu was added via a huge trade, and will be a force to be reckoned with in the midfield, and Jeremiah and John Zoidberg are still developing in midfield. Zoidberg will also spell Tyson King on the left wing, as King has agreed to move over to the LW spot as LaVert continues to improve. Fullbacks Milton and Tyson Nunez will continue to be forces to be reckoned with as they continue to improve and mold with the rest of the team, and the signing of Powdered Toastman will prove to be a massive veteran presence on the defensive backline to pair with Glenn Smart. Terrence will be the depth at the defensive position. Then the last line of defense is the still improving Patrick Carrigan and Kody Hill, each of which are about on even level at this stage but with Carrigan quickly overtaking Hill in skill level. Pascal has been having personal meetings with each player on the team and discussing best ways to communicate with each other, learning how each player prefers to play, working on positioning himself as best he can in certain situations with the defense, with transition, and with offense, and has also been watching film and improving his mental game and decision making. He's also been working with the head coach to become a better leader on the pitch. (327)

APPROVED
