However, note that you previously increase your agility to 13 <a href='https://simsoccer.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=1091&view=findpost&p=24322' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'>in a prior update</a> - it would seem as though you were expecting the cost change, as your math for both banked and used TPE works out as if you were increasing your agility by one from 13 -> 14 (+12).
