League and Cup Champions
Congratulations to CA Buenos Aires who managed to break the streak of D1 Champions to claim their first trophy of the division. A close final matchday led to goal difference separating three teams on the same number of points.
Also congratulations to Tokyo S.C. who won their third Cup title with a ten minute comeback courtesy of Sky Ryze in the 80th minute. Final congratulations go out to AS Paris who can title themselves the Division 2 Champions and will alongside Inter London play in the first division next season!
S10 Off-Season
Per the SSL Calendar, the final week of the season is designated as the off-season, officially starting on Monday (July 31) at midnight PT. There are a couple of things that are important to remember about the off-season that we want to summarize here. Please see the relevant parts of the Rulebook for more details.
Pending FA period
Any player that is on an expiring contract (no contract signed for S11) is considered a pending free agent. During the off-season teams may contact a pending FA and negotiate a contract. The player is not a free agent until the start of the next season (August 7) thus they may still sign an extension with their current team during the week without reducing the team's transfer budget. We just make to make one thing clear: A manager may not force a player to provide intent to sign. This week is intended for players to be able to talk to teams and be shown alternatives for how their future may look.
Re-rolls and Redistribution
S9 (last chance) and S10 players may re-roll their player during this off-season.
This is also the last week when S10 players may redistribute 100 TPE and/or their entire positional XP. S10 goaltenders may also use this redistribution to conduct a full re-roll to an outfield player.
Claiming old tasks
The deadline to claim earnings (both capped and uncapped TPE) from S9 is at the end of this off-season (August 6). S9 started on April 3 or AC#72 and ended on June 4 or AC#80.
S11 Prospect Draft
We are also gearing up for the SSL Prospect that is set to take place next weekend. More information about a specific time and a dedicated link to the draft list is going to be published during next week.
