Good Afternoon SSL!
Now that we have seen our first Matchday of the new season, it seems like a great time for us to announce the winners of our S10 Awards. One change you will see this season is that players who played primarily as an Central Attacking Midfielder [AMC], will be included with the Wingers rather than combined with Central Midfielders as they previously were. This was due to a continuing trend of less players playing primarily as an Attacking Midfielder (Left or Right) and a larger emphasis on Central Midfielders.
As well, The Award Team has brought in one new addition this season. The Team of the Year will also be awarding 3 bench spots to be included with the starting XI. This was discussed and brought in to also help highlight a few additional individuals that may have been missed due to the positional limitations of the starting eleven that we use
With all of that out of the way, thanks again to the Award Team and Managers for quick work with this years voting and a big congratulations goes out to Buenos Aires for taking down their first Division 1 Championship during S10.
