A Promising Start for Ivica Knezevic
He did not know what to expect when he joined the SSL Academy and ended up in Africa through machinations that he still doesn't quite understand. But after a period of much doubt and uncertainty, Ivica Knezevic has finally started to settle into the life of a professional soccer player and is reportedly feeling very happy with his new team in Victoria Falls. The Defensive Midfielder has enjoyed a successful start to the season with the Eagles so far, who themselves have proven to be the hottest team in the SSL Academy right now. The Eagles have arguably been the strongest team in the SSl Academy so far and Knezevic has contributed to that significantly throughout the first four games. It is still a bit tough to judge his performance accurately due to the small sample size and lack of data about the league in general, but so far he has passed the eye test with flying colors and could cement as a potential top prospect for the upcoming SSL Draft. In a small Draft Class, it doesn't look like too much is needed to make it into the Top-10 or even Top-5 right now, but a strong Passer in the Central Midfield who can already control the play at such a young age, should be a hot commodity.
