World Simulation Football Classic Update Part II
#1
WSFC Rules Update
The following regulations will be in effect for every region:

Roster requirements

- A regional roster must consist of 14 players (11 starters + 3 substitutes).

- Every region must select active players over inactive players in their roster and in their starting XI.

- Players can be selected to play out of position and will be given a temporary change of primary position for the tournament to the listed position.

- Every region will be given a Supersub BOT that will be used as a substitute in case of emergencies. This player will not count towards the roster limit.

Transfer regulations

- A player may transfer their WSFC eligibility once per career.

- Players eligible for transfer are:
- A player currently eligible for the United States region.
- A goalkeeper from a region with 2 or more non-Academy and non-retiring active status goalkeepers.

- Emergency transfers of inactive players for a specific tournament are temporary assignments in case a region has no players at a given position. The assignments will be done using a draft-like system where regional managers may pick from the pool of inactives in descending order based on the number of players needed to complete the full roster.

Projected Timeline
- November: Transfers open.
- mid-December: Assess how the regions shape up and potentially open up transfers from other regions if needed.
- January 5th: Deadline for preliminary rosters
- January 6th: Begin emergency IA draft of unselected IA players
- January 13th: Final deadline for rosters
- January 18th: File ready at the latest.

Transfers are now open
In accordance with the above mentioned transfer regulations, the Transfer Thread for this WSFC Tournament is officially open.
