I'm writing this article just shortly after the loss that aired against Hollywood FC. Even though I'm not on USP, it's still be fun to watch this team grow from the laughingstock of the league (or so I've been told) to a team picking 3rd overall! Which means there are 2 teams worse than USP! Who woulda thunk it?
I have recently been invited to join the war room for USP and it's been a definite eye-opener just how much it means to this group to take this team from the scrap pile and polish it into, well, not a turd. They have managed to find users that are active, earning, and want to help USP get to the top.
I also have been enjoying the league more and appreciate how this is a great sim league (not perfect, but nothing is). Earning is fairly easy and getting money is helpful but not a requirement. Definitely wish there was more banter for both majors and minors, but it is what it is. We'll get there, the league is still fairly young, at least it seems that way compared to other sim leagues. So I can't wait to watch USP (and the SSL) continue to grow!
