The BoD discovered that Sydney City had submitted tactics that included custom set piece tactics for MD2, MD3, and MD4. After reminding all managers that we do not currently allow set piece tactics to be submitted and giving instructions on how to reset them for the next submission, Sydney still had custom tactics submitted on a few of the set pieces for MD5 and MD6.<br><br>We understand the complexity of FM and the variety of tactical options you have at your disposal, especially for new managers to the league. However, the managers are responsible for following the set procedures and make sure that they are not submitting tactics that does not adhere to them.<br><br>The BoD has therefore decided the following punishment to the Team Manager <a href='index.php?showuser=86' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-7'>@pauadrian</a> and Assistant Manager <a href='index.php?showuser=97' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-7'>@Aneeqs</a>.<br><br>Both managers are issued a warning (Section 2 Subsection 2 Rule 4.a) and a 10% fine from their job earning (200k for PauAdrian and 100k for Aneeqs).
