Fry emerges from underground
#1
Bernardo Fry - absent for some time - finally returned from a long vacation in the underground Dude Ranch.

Just in time for Week Six, taking over for his clone.  Things can't be going that poorly, we're still in the lineup.

Tokyo SC started off with some solid passing, but Twinkle was on his Toes as ever.  In the 15th minute, Carolien Medema was hacked down, leading to an early 1-0 lead from the penalty.

Fry's telephone/holographic/wristwatch went off.  He stopped midstep, losing the ball - yes?  Oh, wrong number, I get that one all the time.  You have a good... damn, Zlatan scored... day.

Ben Nelson capped off a string of the longest passing combinations with a nicely placed goal.  Probably a misplaced pass, but here we are.

The wristphone rings again - same fellow.  Bro!  It's the wrong dang number!  Tokyo scores again during the interruption.

At least the phone had the courtesy of not ringing another time when Zlatan put his second home.  Heading toward halftime, down 3-2, Fry stumbled over a suspicious gopher hole that wasn't there just a minute ago.  A small sign pops out of the hole - "Trip here to have the second half off"

Varmson took over for Fry in the second half, but to no avail.  Zlatan stuffed in a third goal to seal the deal.

Meets the criteria for sure.

Narrative is a little hard to follow but I can see what you're going for and the structure is presented well enough.
