  The young midfielder Nico Lam was picked up by PS Jakarta earlier this year, the Academy League have now reached the middle of the season, Lam have started all 7 matches since the start, he made a statement debut against İstanbul F.K. scoring 1 goal and 2 assists, but after that his performance have been on a steady decline, especially after PS Jakarta made a formation change, moving him from a central midfielder to a defensive midfielder, they have been winless for 4 matches straight now, its a worrying sight for the development of a young player.

  We have gotten some comments from some of his acquaintance.

''Defensive midfielder? Are you kidding me? He used to find me no matter where I am on the field, all I need to do is stay onside and run, he is the best central midfielder I have ever played with, this is just a waste of his talent.''

  Ex-teammate midfielder Fung
''I used to be his midfield partner you know, all I need to do is orbit around him, provide him a safe passing lane and bail him out when needed, his through balls are just a sight to behold, I hope he is able to find his groove.''

  Ex-coach Chan
''He is a smart kid, just give him more time and he will adapt to his new role, but I will have agree that he plays his best football as a playmaker with a midfield partner, he undoubtfully have talent and will shine in the right position.''

  We will continue to follow his development and wish him good luck.

I spent a while deciding between a 4 and 5 on this one, and ultimately decided that since the structure was high-quality and the narrative was established quite well, I would go with the higher score. I greatly enjoyed the comments from former teammates/coach.
