Vito cant help to wonder as he is watching the intenational qualy for the world cup unfold what could have been if he insisted and followed his dream of being a goalkeeper instead of an attacking midfielder. As he watches one of the best goalkeeper ever to live Jan Oblak and how he plays for his club and national team, he cant help but wonder what could have been. Jan Oblak signed for Portuguese club Benfica at the age of 17 just like Vito did from stockholm in the SSl and unliked Vito who stayed loyal to the teams he played Jan switched many clubs be it by being loaned or just switching clubs. Vito on the other hand stayed true to Sao paulo before switching to shanghai dragons. What Vito allways liked about Jan is his passion not only as a goalkeepr but as a leader of a team. With retirement looming on Vito he has decided to also give leadership a try and help guide younger players then himself into a good position not only on the pitch but mentaly aswell. But their is allways a though what could have been if he stayed true to his goal of being a goalkeeper and how diffrent his life would have been.
