Simulating the career of the boys #1

I was feeling a bit bored and felt like doing some fm24 shenanigans. Ive always enjoyed simulating the careers of players and thought who better to do this for than the trio of @Lpapi @ReadySalted and myself.

The idea will be simple, create us as 16 year old players (using the information from the SSL) assign all 3 of us to the same team and give us a randomized potential ability decided by wheel spin.

I gave all of us a starting ability of 100 but let FM decide the stats on its own, I also decided to keep No Face at striker, make Papi a left winger and make me a right winger, just to have all of us in attacking roles.
I also gave all of them the birthday of 1st of july 2007. I left all the personality values at 10, except for professionalism which I gave 20 for all of them. 

Time for the wheel spin! First spin will be for No Face, I will have the number be between 160 and 200 (I want there to be variance but they cannot be completely ass) and I kid you not, it lands on 200. So right of the bat No Face has a massive advantage having perfect potential ability.

The second spin was for Lucas Peioxoto and he was less lucky, landing on 169 (nice) on the lower spectrum but still capable of being an excellent footballer.

Lastly I spun for myself and I landed on 189, the potential to be absolutely world class.

I asked the people of the SSL kindly for suggestions and the team that ended up winning the wheelspin was SV Waldhof Mannheim.



So it was time to begin the journey of our heroes!

With everything ready it is time to simulate the first season and see how the trio has done.



Season 1


the first season was certainly not boring! 2 of our trio already made big moves and all of them managed to make some impact, even at only 16 years old!



Lucas Peioxoto | SV Waldhof | 113 CA



Lucas was the only player who stayed loyal to the club that gave him a chance, first playing some games for the second team and later in the season collecting 14 appearances, 1 goal, 5 assists and 2 player of the match awards. With an average rating of 7.02 this has certainly been a succesful season for Lucas, especially for someone his age. He Does lag behind when it comes to tpe compared to his 2 friends, it might be because of the less than optimal training facilities of SV Waldhof.

Although Lucas has stayed at SV Waldhof longer than his peers, it does seem like he is soon to move on, attracting attention from many clubs.




No Face | Manchester United | 114 CA



It did not take long for the scouts of man united to discover the talent that is no face.19 appearances in the second team getting 8 goals and then 4 appearances in the main team withbout getting a goal was all that man united needed to pay an absolute steal of a price at 275k. For now No Face will be in the man utd under 18s. will this move to a big league help in the long term or will the lack of game time hinder his development. opnly time will tell.


Bob Berendsen | Bayern Munich | 118 CA


Berendsen had a similar story to no face, already being scooped up by bayern munich in the januari window after only playing 7 games for the first teasm of Waldhof but managing to socore 2 goals. Bayern only had to pay 400k for Bob and should count themselves lkucky with such a steal. In bayern bob has played 1 game for the second team so far.
