Welcome back to the second to last part of this series. The quarterfinals have concluded, all favorites advanced, some more convincingly then others, looking at you England and your cablecam support. Belgium put up a good fight but ended up loosing at the end somewhat due to a goalkeeper mistake after Courtois had to go off. Rather unlucky but here we are.
Yesterday was the first semi final, in my last article, I praised France for advancing convincingly. Well apparently I am no good luck charm as they shat the bed. Spain played well and France, even with all their star players, never managed to really get something going attacking wise. Spain advancing was the only possible result with a showing as weak as the one from France. I am really looking forward to the match between Argentina and England today. Every single time they have met in the World Cup, the matches have been bangers. So historically speaking, we are in for an absolute treat tonight. I believe it will be a close game but there might be an actual chance for the World Cup to come home to England. Two more Matches left. Lets see who can get into their groove tonight, opening the scoring will be crucial, especially for Argentina as England has shown before, they are able to show up when it comes to defending a narrow lead.
