One could imagine if a Pokemon is going to exist in this league and play soccer, they probably really like playing soccer and know all about it. Not Tyson Blaze though, no no, Tyson has literally no idea how to play soccer. Sure, he's familiar with the concept and living in Munich, Germany helps a ton with that, but to him, the most he can comprehend is fast man kicks ball really good into net. Well, fast forward a bit, and Tyson's trainer is in need of money. The local soccer academy seems to thankfully have an opening for new players and sports means easy money, so obviously the best solution to the money issue was to sign his Typhlosion up to play professionally! I mean, he's a Pokemon, they can just sort of figure it out, right?
Well, the short answer to that, is no, they can't. Tyson quickly realizes he's completely outmatched and his stubby little legs are NOT equipped to be the fast guy kicking balls through the net. But, what he did realize through desperately kicking the ball away to keep it away from himself, is that OTHER players are really good at kicking the ball instead! And that's when it clicked for him. If he could just keep kicking the ball to other people like some sort of pass, then perhaps that person could keep scoring and he wouldn't be so useless! AND SO, thus begins the misadventures of Tyson Blaze as he adapts to this intimidating sport. Will he succeed? Will he fail? Will the league ever answer questions about the ethics of a Pokemon playing this sport????? Tune in next time when Tyson Blaze makes it onto a team!
