Entering this MD it's a huge on for Rova as getting 3 points could bring them to within striking distance of getting out of the playoff spot and today they are playing fellow basement dweller North Shore United. Should North Shore get the win, they would remain in last place in the minors D1 table because of the goal differential. This would also make Rova's path harder as there are only 5 matches left after this

Nothing much happened in the first highlight that covered the opening kickoff. The highlight was brought to an end when Thomas Schwarte was booked for a dangerous play just 19 seconds into the game
The 2nd highlight picks up in the 5th minute with North Shore having a throw in. Alex Peña throws it to Karry Hane, but Matt Oopsie Wrongsport Turk intercepts it and Butters Stotch is there for the clean up. NSU works the ball towards midfield to reset the attack. Steven Urkel dribbles the ball up the right side and finds Peña, his first touch is a bit heavy so he had to collect it and crossed the ball to the far post. Mikko Rashford IV gets there and heads the ball towards goal, but Ahmad Amparos gets enough of the ball to push it out for a corner. Santos Neymarinho aims for the far post from the left side and Puma Superhoops heads it out for another corner. Rashford IV takes it and kicks the ball to Thomas Thunder who plays a 2 man game with Rashford IV. Thunder takes a shot but it gets blocked and Rashford IV is in the right spot to collect the rebound. He tried to get a header to the far post and Justin Fern is there to clear the ball
Skip ahead to the 9th minute for the next highlight and Rova has a throw in to restart play. Schwarte throws it to Scott Newman and from there Rova tries to work the ball in the middle of the pitch. Joe Martin is able to find Otto Rocket close to the right post. Rocket takes the 1 touch shot but Swiss Cheese makes themselves as big as possible to make the save and Rova has a corner. Rova takes a page out of North Sore's playbook because Schwarte plays it to Martin who plays it to Newman. He takes a crack at goal from distance and his shot is blocked by Stotch. Newman collects the ball and passes it to Schwarte who attempts a heading shot. His shot misses the net and goes out for a goal kick
The next highlight is around the 14th minute and North Sore as possession. Peña dribbles the ball up the pitch and is looking to find a teammate. He does a bit to much as Jack Pow tackles the ball away and Turk clears it. He didn't do a very good job because NSU was able to keep it in the danger area. The ball finds its way to Santos and he attempts a 1 touch shot. Apharos is there and parries it out of play for a corner. North Shore tries to do the same set piece as last time and Rova was all over it with Ampharos collecting the low cross from Santos
The sim skips ahead to the 18th minute and Rova has a town in. Superhoops throws it to Rocket and Rova works the ball back to the midfield line. Rova keeps the ball there trying to set up an attack. Aren fjord finds Schwarte ND he dribbles the ball up the left side. e gets by Santos and gets a cross to Rocket. Cheese is able to save Rockets initial shot, but Rocket cleans up is own mess and buries the ball into the back of the net to give Rova a 1-0 lead. It was a pretty tough angle, but he found a way
Skipping ahead to around the 22nd minute and Rova has a throw in the attacking 3rd. Schwarte throws it to Turk and the ball finds its way to Hans Grudnar. He passes the ball back to Pow and he passes it back to Martin. Martin takes a crack from distance and buries the shot into the lower left corner to give Rova a 2-0 lead. Now the question is can Rova build on this lead or will they have another collapse
The sim has a huge skip as the next highlight is in the 34th minute and Rova has a throw in in their defensive 3rd. Superhoops throws it to Newman and Rova starts pushing the ball up the pitch. From the midfield line, Rocket passes the ball to Newman and he does a 1 touch header to Grudnar and he buries his 1 touch shot into the upper right corner of the net, getting the ball past a diving Cheese and now Rova is in complete control with a 3-0 lead. I thought Newman might have been offside, but there was no VAR check so I guess he wasn't. That camera angle plays tricks with your eyes
Another big time skip as the highlight picks the game up in the 44th minute and NSU has a throw in from midfield. Marco Tentacles throws it to Hane and North Shore starts pushing the ball up the pitch. Schwarte intercepts a pass intended for Santos and Rova starts a counter attack. Eventually the ball finds it's way to Newman and he tries a shot from distance. His shot misses to TE right and the 4th official signales that there will be 3 minutes of stoppage time
The next highlight is close by as it is now the 45+1' markand Rova has a throw in. Superhoops throws it to Newman and Rova starts working the ball back towards midfield. Shortly after they push the ball up and Schwarte passes it to Pow and he tries a 1 touch shot and Cheese is able to deflect it out for a corner. Superhoops delivers it to the near post and North Shore does enough to force Rova to retreated to midfield as the highlight come to an end
CS Rova completly dominated North Shore United in the first half and the 3-0 score reflects what the stats say. I just don;t think NSU can do anything to get back in this one
2nd half
North Shore Untied kicks the ball off to start the 2nd and nothing ever happens as Rova kicks it out for a throw in and the highlight ends
The 10th highlight of the game picks up close to the 48th minute mark and North Shore is lined up for a direct free kick. Santos takes a crack at the goal and hit shot just misses. He beat Ampharos, but hit the crossbar and Rova clears the ball for a North Shore corner. Santos aims for the far post and Rova does a nice job to clear the ball and take control of it as the highlight comes to an end
Highlight number 11 picks up in the 49th minute wit the 50t just 15 seconds away. Rova has a throw in to restart play and Superoops is set to be the one to do it. He tries to get it to Turk but Hane clears it to the midfield line. Rova works the ball around trying to find an opening. Eventually The ball finds its way to Pow and from there Rova works the ball around and Pow finds Rocket on the far post and he head the ball into the back of the net for Rova's 4th goal this game. Rocket has also recorded a brace as this is his 2nd goal of the game. He was also really close to being in an offside position, but just did enough to stay onside

Jumping ahead to the 70th minute and Rova has a throw in to restart play in the attacking 3rd. Superhoops throws it to Rocket and Rova triangulates the ball around Superhoops, Rocket, and Martin. Superhoops aims a cross for the back post and Peña intercepts it. Pow collects the ball and passes it to Schwarte who attempts a shot from distance. His shot was hit with quite a bit of power and just missed to the left and Noth Shore has a goal kick

Rova doing all they can just to waste time and fjrod dribbles the ball slowly backwards to help with that. He tries to get a long pass to Pow and Peña intercepts it to start a North Shore attack. Eventually the ball finds its way to Rashford IV and he aims his shot for te bottom right corner. Ampharos reads the shot and pushes out wide for a corner. This was a huge win for SC Rova Mpanjaka as they now have 7 points. Also Kaapstad lost to AS Paris so CS Rova is only 1 point away from moving into the top 5. Rova has another bye on MD9, but they are going to be paying attemption to the Kaapstad match
This article is coming out after MD 9 is complete and Kaapsatd drew Krung Thep FC. This was a huge win for Rova because now they trail Kaapsatd by 2 points and those 2 play each other on MD 10. That is a must win game for Rova to get out of a potential relegation spot
