The simmer also imported two central midfielders instead of two defensive midfielders for <!--emo&:cairo:--><img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/teamEmotes/CFC.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/teamEmotes/CFC.png' /><!--endemo--> as well as playing two players out of position. Finally the simmer also imported the wrong mentality (Cautious instead of Positive) for <!--emo&:tokyo:--><img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/teamEmotes/TSC.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/teamEmotes/TSC.png' /><!--endemo-->.<br><br>As this is Thunder's first infraction this season but there were three separate errors, the BoD has decided to issue the following punishment: <br><br>- Thunder39 will forfeit his league pay for week 3 of Season 3 (this current one) as well as being fined $100,000. <br><br><div align="center"><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><!--emo&:ssl:--><img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' /><!--endemo--> Procedure changes <!--emo&:ssl:--><img src='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='https://files.jcink.net/uploads2/simsoccer/Emoticons/SSL_Logo_30px.png' /><!--endemo--></span></div><br>We currently allow managers who does not own a copy of FM the chance to submit their tactics through a Google Sheet which the simmer then uses to manually define each part of the tactic in FM. Managers who have access to FM can export their tactic which the simmer then imports directly into their version and just has to adjust the starting eleven. The BoD has started a process where more managers gain access to FM to facilitate both the process in managing their team and the simmer's process of importing tactics, reducing the risk of errors. <br>
