First, I think you got tempo mixed with another attribute so I added 6 TPE to the bank. Second, you need 30 TPE to get dribbling from 5 to 12 so I took your dribbling to 10 which is 16 TPE and added 2 TPE to your bank. You’ve got 9 TPE back.
