With the departure of Sparky after his short time in Montreal we’re looking for someone to help me bring Montreal where they belong, we’ve got a good young core and really have a future set up for this team! Of you'd like to apply. Please get permission from your manager and have them reach out to me directly if you are currently under contract with another team. The key qualities I am seeking in an assistant manager are the ability to commit time and be consistent, dedication to the team and position, and the ability to communicate effectively. Football Manager experience is HIGHLY recommended, but not required.


Responsibilities:
- Liase with players on weekly basis
- Ensure contracts are in-line, up-to-date, and posted during the season
- Assist with Tactical Feedback (Strategies)
- Assist with planning the future of our team (Scouting Free Agents, Draftees)

Compensation:
6 TPE (CAPPED) per week - essentially an SSL PT pass.
Theme Week pass - essentially an SSL CW Pass

Requirements:
- Must have an player in the SSL, or intend to create in the SSL
