Jackson had been living in Spain since draft day. Once a rookie and growing up around soccer, now on a consistently good team. With each season passing, a more satisfactory, as one would say, result with the team. They've been playing well and that doesn't seem to change, at least not as drastically as they thought. Oh yeah, speaking of it, Jackson had some time to himself over the summer. With their cousin, Sam, usually coming to every off-season, they decided to get to thinking... and well, thinking they did. During the time [Jackson] Clarke was practicing their soccer skills, something came to mind. What they were. Who they were. It wasn't as easy to rid of this thought, so while they had the chance, they stopped practicing and sat on a bench, thinking about it. They were a person who had their own, separate identity. They had friends and they had those who disliked them... but what did that mean? Nothing, at least to them. They got a bit deeper into thought thinking about who they were. They were definitely a person, but what did they identify with? For a long time, Jackson's been going by masculine pronouns. While it wasn't the greatest experience, it wasn't the worst for them. They've been deviating from the typical he/him pronouns, though, using non-binary pronouns. They/Them is what they typically go by, but sometimes deviate from that, however not that often. Uh... what else. Oh yeah, they've also been thinking about who they like. They've found out they like both men and women, lightly altering every now and again, but normally sticking to the typical definition of bisexual, I guess. I don't know. The author of this is a trans person who doesn't know shit about the typical lol
Oh yeah. Context. Sam, the older of the two, an SBA veteran who will play his heart out, and Jackson, the younger of the two, an SSL veteran who I wanted to make anything but straight or cis, so I chose both.
