New hires and update process

The first week of the SSL is now behind us and it has been a hectic time for us in the Staff and BoD. We hope you have all enjoyed the nine official games that have been played in different formats while we find our bearings. <br><br>This post is mainly meant to announce our new hires that you might have already come in contact with. For starters we have hired three great <span style='color:#86B049'>updaters </span> <a href='index.php?showuser=30' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-10'>@Thunder39</a> <a href='index.php?showuser=46' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-10'>@G2019</a> <a href='index.php?showuser=36' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-10'>@Urq660</a> that are going to be working with your updates at the end of every week. <br><br>The plan is to allow the updaters to start updating <b>posted updates </b>on Saturday through Monday morning, so make sure that if you post an update before Saturday to have all your updates in the post already. All updates processed by Monday will be in the sim the following Matchday. <span style='font-size:11pt;line-height:100%'><b>You should not edit an update post after an updater has replied that you have been updated. Add a new reply instead</b></span>. Some other notes to take into account when updating your player:<ul><li>Link your earnings to specific posts that shows that earning.</li><li>Affiliate PTs do not cover PT passes in the Affiliate league.</li><li>Remember to post your Affiliate PT in the Affiliate PT Thread and from there claim it on your update page.</li><li>If the Affiliate PT is linked to another username in the Affiliate league, you need to make a note of that in the PT post.</li></ul>Otherwise your update will not be approved.<br><br>We have not only seen new faces in the Updaters department. We are pleased to announce that we have an <span style='color:#66AC4C'>Accounting Head</span> <a href='index.php?showuser=67' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-11'>@RashfordU</a> that has been processing and reminding you to sign your contracts. <br><br>With these new hires we hope to provide a smoother second week of the season!
