Academy Questionnaire
As you have now completed the rest of the Academy Tasks that covers most of what it means to be a player in the SSL, the Board of Directors would like to get a sense of how you felt the process worked.

Please fill out the following questionnaire and post a verification word in this thread to complete the task.

A verification word is a way for us to verify that a user who has submitted a form is the same user on the forum. This system is used for all of the league's uncapped PTs where you submit something through a Google Form.
