[HIRED] CAT/SEO Organizational Manager

@omniscius has asked to step down from the role of organizational manager of Catalunya and Seoul. Thank you for your work at the helm of Catalunya and later the organization for so many seasons.

At the same time the BoD have appointed @Aenir as the new organizational manager due to his experience within the organization and the off-season tasks that have or will currently occur.
