Season 15 has started, and so far it is looking like an exciting one, let's see some of the stats of the first half of the season, starting with the major league:
Currently there is a big division in the major league, but one thing that is obvious is that Schwarzwälder, Reykjavik, and Romana are the 3 teams most likely to be fighting for the championship this season, with 17, 16, and 15 point respectively. Although Buenos Aires does follow not too far behind with 12 points. Behind them are the 3 teams that had a pretty rough season, in Tokyo, Catalunya, and Hollywood having 9, 7, and 6 points respectively, with Sao Paulo coming in last with 0 points.
Meanwhile in the minor league there is a close battle going on between North Shore and Kaapstad, who currently have 18 and 16 points respectively. A 6-point gap seperated them with the next group, but within the next group it is really close with London, Cairo, and Montréal sitting on 10 points, and not too far behind on 7 points are Athenai and Paris. Seoul is lagging a bit behind sitting on 3 points right now.
Looking at player stats, we see that in the major league Forty-Four and Bradford are leading the league in goals having 9 goals each, with the 3rd placed player (Anivierre) having "only" 6. Going to assists next we see a top 3 of Jerry on 7, Tälli on 6, and Torres on 5. Meanwhile the golden glove race is picking up with Roobe, Sarantsatsral, Wall Jr., and The Heretic all having 3 clean sheets.
In the minor league meanwhile the golden boot race is a bit less close, seeing Casual with 11 goals being 3 goals ahead of both King and Del Pirlo on 6. This is even more evident in the assist race, with van Garritsen having a massive 9 assists, followed by 5 assists in 2nd which is gotten by Finley, Maradona, and Scarpetta.
