Joao Peixoto is a far superior soccer player than Julian Rubio, in nearly every manner of measure. Julian is a true one-trick pony; in terms of technical skills; he has good finishing, first touch, and dribbling, but is beyond useless at every other skill that a soccer player needs to have. He works reasonably hard and has solid off the ball movement and anticipation, but mentally he is severely lacking in nearly every other facet. To Julian's credit, he is a physical specimen, one of the fastest players in the league with strong acceleration, agility, and balance. Compare this to Joao; who is a truly well-rounded soccer player who will accel everywhere he goes, where ever he will play. Joao is superior in every mental aspect of the game; he's composed, brave, aggressive, and determined. He moves off the ball, works hard as a teammate, and has the vision to lead a team forwards. Technically, Joao is every coach's dream. he can pass, he can dribble, he can shoot. On the other side of the ball, he is a competent defender as well; he has great positioning, marking, and tackling. And finally, Physically Joao might be slightly less pacy, but he is far stronger and much better looking as well.
