Introducing Switzerland's new wing back Xherdan Xhaka. I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to be able to fulfill my dreams of being part of The Simulation Soccer League. As I mentioned previously, I was born to a Swiss mother and a Albanian/Kosovan father, so growing up in Swtizerland as a young lad was a bit hard. But anyway, we are not here for my backstory... I just want to say how appreciative I am to be able to be in this league and to be drafted on to a team. I am very excited with the players we have at CF Catalunya and the good vibes in the locker room. I know we are an expansion team, but we have a lovely group of guys and I am sure with Omni at the helm of this team, the only way is up for us.
I cannot wait to be part of the setup and hopefully I can put the team on my back when they need me to and show that I can be a dependable player for Catalunya. I hope the fans get to see the hard work we are putting in for the wonderful Catalan people and can support us throughout this upcoming season!
I also want to shoutout some legends, Owen Fourty-Four and Tim Possible. I would not be here without you guys. You have been a big reason for me to realise my dreams. I remember when we were kids and we all thought we would make it into the big leagues. We finally did it lads. We are here. WE ARE THE SIMULATION SOCCER LEAGUE. It is a shame that we are not on the same team, but alas, it gives us the chance to have a healthy rivalry. It is gonna be a good one.
