Well well well. Look at what we have here a World Cup. One I missed due to my late arrival of the league and late time learning experience. Anyway about the season. It was good, I mean being a 6th place team last year and coming and becoming a 3rd place team in a year is quite…remarkable I guess but there’s still much more to desire. Like waaay more , for example my desire to get through the knockout rounds of the cup or the desire to maybe not concede a bunch of goals at the end. Which reminds me I’m good at defense but I could definitely get better. And after watching my own film i see main things I need to fix, like marking, headers or tackling. ESPECIALLY TACKLING. I would almost need a third hand to count how many fouls or yellow cards I got. But never mind that I’m working on it and I’m getting better way better. Been practicing with my boy fry and twinkle toes. Fry showing me how to stop and mark strikers and twinkle toes teaching me how to tackle someone…. Without getting a yellow card but speaking of tackling some would be Ronaldo’s or Messi’s . Let’s talk about the draft . I didn’t watch it as i was more focused on getting better and taking a quick mental break.But that’s not important. What’s important is that our club catyuna and Seoul got the first pick and other high picks which might help us win the league… or dare I say ssl cup.Speaking of cup. World Cup going up and I was not selected. A little salty not gonna lie. But it’s okay I know the event is only once per 4 to 5 seasons, and the roster is limited not even allowing a full 22 more like 14, 11 starters 3 players. And I don’t think they wana waste there roster on a 5 10 noob like me. Speaking of me. One of my teammates aneir made it on the roster.. congrats. Let’s hope you represent America well. Or rather as good as you can , as America isn’t really doing that hot as of now as they have lost two friendless by 5 in a total of two matches. Without scoring one. My advice even though it might not be valid cause I don’t have half of the experience of one of the subs but still. My advice is to adapt these new World Cup teams are alot offensive and aggressive. My way is try to be more aggressive or at least be more skilled and try to make tactics that focus more on man to man cause alot of goals are gonna come from crosses and long passes from the sky. Speaking of which good old Canada and others doing there usual shoot it in the air and have someone cacth it tatic. For that maybe you should….probably pray and hope you have people on your team that have high headers.. or else your cooked.
