The SSL league is just about to start and the league has introduced a new promotional commercial in which interviewers ask new players as many questions in 30 seconds as they can. first commercial after a break in the play.
Sports Broadcaster comes on “Hello, welcome to Quick Facts, a new segment in which we ask academy players a few interview questions for 30 seconds. Welcome to our first player, the newest, brightest and biggest goalie, Snor Lax”
Snor Lax “Thank you”
Sports Broadcaster “ Not many people who much about you Snor Lax, introduce yourself”
Snor Lax “I am Snor Lax. I play goalie. I big and tall. I make saves”
Sports Broadcaster “Wow, a man of many words. Welcome to the league! A strong goalie is something every team needs”
Snor Lax *nods head*
Sports Broadcaster “Tell us about your play style”
Snor Lax *continues head nod while looking off without blinking*
Awkward silence as the broadcaster tries to figure out what is going on. As the awkward silence goes on, Snow Lax doesn’t appear to have any brain function occurring at the moment. The Sports Broadcaster thinks back to when they said Snor Lax was “the newest, brightest and biggest goalie.” Now that’s they’ve spent 20 seconds together, they’re wondering if Snor Lax may not be the brightest afterall.
