As someone who trains all sorts of Pokemon to perform many "unusual" tasks, it is often thought in my field that there no development possible. They feel Pokemon are strictly to arena. Which if I am being honest with you; sometimes yes sometimes no, and that's just my biased human opinion. Each wild Pokemon captured has wide variety of genetic differences and seeing small developments from these creatures is, unnerving some days. It's not a bad unnerving, it's rewarding still those same ways to watch a Pokemon grow and gain the development they / and their trainer are seeking. No odd part is when your brought into a situation like mine, you ask yourself hard questions.
You have to go home with some questions from training a Diglet to play Soccer firstly sure. There are other more important questions though. Example; who is the "trainer" that owns this Pokemon's Pokeball? I feel I may have accepted that fact that there isn't one and that is blowing my mind after training for 3 weeks and checking back with a Diglet that plays Soccer. His training was very natural, I provide tasks setup equipment, go grab something to drink new set of tasks with goals was on the table written, or someone was there to relay a message for how training go for the time period. There were some regulars, and the inconsistency made it very hard to tell if there was someone behind the Pokemon that was "training" him with a plan in mind. With the few people I met I don't think there really is, that is the unnerving part.
Week 3 however is the contract renewal and we sat down to asses if we were going to keep working with me as an agent today, and honestly I feel as if I get to keep the job. Which is fantastic because we saw development and growth in the speed and overall performance of a Pokemon that you would never expect to see playing Soccer. It feels amazing. The small speed boosts were noted in the game, demonstrating that the training we had been doing was paying off. Good decision making, better acceleration, better sustained speeds, and precision passing. We had been drilling these things all three weeks. Game day also showed us that we let a some improvement still left to go. Keeping up on this level of soccer requires peak physical condition, we were able to see with the 3 week deliverables that overall time on track was improved. Furthermore; sustained speed had shown time improvements in both long and short distance measurements. Timed exercising shows the best results for this type of training for so when we get to see demonstrated improvements from game day action, it's magnificent.
The most recent game showed us a couple vital points though. Points that we will examine further in the addendum. Which will contain the overall training that was performed in the 3 week period. None of the time data is given, as per the contract details. However the content of the sessions regiment is something we will explore in larger detail.
