Fry Week 8
#1
Bernardo Fry reviewed the notes for week 8.  Buenos Aires is a solid team, but Fry has plenty of coffee to keep him going.

15 minutes into the game and Fry was still trying to get involved.  Cataluna concentrated on the right side, Bonito providing the chances.  A corner ended up on Fry's foot, but his cross was ineffective.

A quick give and go gave Fry a shot on goal, easily saved, but it's cause for optimism.  Therefore, Buenos Aires scored immediately on the counterattack - such is the way of things.

More coffee is required.  Fry earns another corner kick, and puts it in himself - choosing Ahmed as the offbeat target and he put it into the net to bring us back to 1-1.

Another brilliant passing move was fired up by Fry, but the corrupt assistant referee guessed wrong and put up his flag.

Still more passing plays came through Fry, creating chances but no goal was forthcoming in the 38th minute.

An uncalled foul against Fry resulted in a second goal for Buenos Aires, a fine volley by Scott.

Headed into halftime, Twinkletoes kept the team in the game with several fine saves.

Again, Varnson stepped onto the pitch to replace Fry for the second half.  Fry considers asking for double the salary if he's going to play half the game, that seems right.

Another offside cancelled a promising goal for Cataluna, and Fry's coffee has gone ice cold.  Let's go Varnson!

With that, we are 3-1 Buenos Aires.  I misspoke, 4-1.

Fry threw his coffee on the ground in disgust.  "A Bonus Slurm™* please!"

While Fry paid for his beverage, it became 5-1.  "Make that two"

Fry opens his first beverage... 6-1.  "My goodness...  Still 30 minutes left"

* Bonus Slurm - a beverage based on the Classic Slurm including alcohol, cannabinoids, and antidepressants.  Especially popular with Cataluna Fans, used to disappointment.

Decent article, the narrative is a touch disjointed but it does satisfy the criteria.

I'd advise working on the structure a little, make it flow more organically.
