Digging in for the 3rd season
#1
As far as trainers go, I think I have held in the longest of all Digglett's.I fear it's mostly because of the grueling hours and the terrible sleep schedule that we maintain during off season. On seasons isn't so bad though, just lots of observing and notation. Ton's of analytics, and even more time spent making sure that Digglett is comfortable during down time. Which brings me to an odd point which I write today after so long of waiting to come back to this journal. He made huge strides and achieved his personal time goals, and even further gained some of the credit from a couple games of excellent play. He (DP) hasn't slowed a moment. From sun up to sun down active, new goal, new star tail to chase to get better. It's amazing, but the burn out must be massive if he continues to shine this bright right? He can't just keep working this many hours in the gym and refining then expect to not get spent? Hours at the gym and having game days that he barely rests for.

I have heard the his species can do some amazing stuff for a Mole class of Pokemon, but still I think that ever species has a limitation. I think the coach has been monitoring this for some time for any amount of obvious reasons, however still; something rests uneasy in the back of my mind that he should try to get better control of this work out, and not let it consume him. That's all speculative though, he has shown steady continued improvement, so maybe his "special" that made him unique has more complexities than I thought too, maybe I just have no idea at this point. Maybe my observations require more detail, and less generic interest points? Gives me some things to think on...

The life of a Diglett is truly a wonderous thing.
