Day after the defeat before
#1
After a poor performance against Seoul, there are rumors floating about that the Masques Sacrés kept their team behind in the dressing room to highlight some of the issues that have crept into the squad in the last few games. While the game against AS Paris could have been seen as one they weren't expecting to win, they certainly would have wanted to compete. While it may have looked close on paper, on the pitch it was clear they were a few steps behind.

Sadly that continued against Seoul last night, falling to a 2-1 loss and falling down to 7th in the table after being 3rd previously before these two matches. The match against Seoul was expected to be close with Masques just shading it but looked like Seoul were the better team throughout and few would disagree that they deserved the win.

While it is still early days for this team, it does show that management do not want standards to slip from what they had witnessed at the start of the season. Hopefully they can rediscover their form and style of a solid defence, good decision making on the ball leading to quality chances being taken. There is still a lot of points available until the end of the season but this will be a story to watch unfold throughout such an important season with a division split happening at the end of it.
