Jimothy Erickson was seen today at the academy training grounds. The young left back is eager to get to work and get stuck into training as seen in his rondo training today. Although Jimothy is very green however he doesn't show it with his ability to run down the left wing and hit an early ball with near pinpoint accuracy. Jimothy during training also appeared to not yet gain confidence in getting stuck in and making solid tackles. In a interview with me after training Jimothy said " I am excited for the great opportunity to play in the academy, and thankful for this chance to show some USA citizens can indeed ball." Jimothy was also asked by another reporter if he has a academy team he was interested in he replied "Sydney City has a very cool kit however wherever I land up I will show that I am the right piece to the puzzle and am ready to prove that to any of the doubters." When Jimothy was asked about his future after this season he responded quite similarly "I would love to end up at a major team near my home town of Vista, California. But the joy in having the ability to play in the league and chance to prove myself is my greatest excitement!"
