It has finally happened, Martin Krapan was draftet. He woke up on sunday and didnt know what to think about the draft day or where in the draft list he will end up. He like a proper lad ordered a brewski and some fish and chips and sat down to watch it. First it was the first round and he wasnt called, then the second and he got abit worried about being drafted at all. Then after oppening and 3rd brew he got the phone call. On the phone was the GM of reykjavik and he said "Hello buddy your coming to iceland". Martin was so happy about being drafter and said this in an interview " honestly, it is a total dream come true. When I got the call about Iceland, I was just completely stunned. The football scene there is actually rising so fast, and the culture is unreal. I’m just ready to work hard, adapt to the cold, and give everything for the team." He also said that its really funny beacuse his father played on their sworn rivals Shanghai and the tension at home was something really funny to see. Overall you could say Martin is happy about going to Iceland and proving himself and earning a spot in the first team in a couple of years.
