Board Interns are given a lighter and more specific individual workload than full Board Members (for example, handling player approvals or inputting the results of the games in our schedule) with the opportunity to take on more work as necessary/desired and will have the opportunity to get a taste of internal Board discussions. Interns will serve a one-season term. The intern position is intended for users without significant league experience to gain that experience and determine whether Board work is something that interests them long-term (likewise, if you apply for a Board Member position but we feel you may be short on experience, we may offer you an intern position instead).

Payment

Pay for a BoD Member is a weekly PT Pass and $3.5 million per season.

The Organizational Manager is the main point of contact for the organization. Furthermore you are also expected to participate in discussions (and potential votes) about the award process when they occur.

(small note, generally we try to keep the award committee diverse in terms of franchises, because of this we have a limit of 2 members per franchise).

Your main responsibility is to create at least 10 high quality renders of players wearing their respective SSL club kits (‘kit swaps’). I will source the base render images that you must edit accordingly, place them in our shared Google Sticker drive, which also has useful images of all team kits and logos to help you. The 10+ renders will need to be completed before the end of the new S25 season - 31/05/2026 - so there is plenty of time to manage the workload as you wish.

Helping keep our locker room (LR) an active and inviting place. (Basically just socializing with people.)
Help with scouting, (Talking with people to see if they’re a good fit for our LR)
Try to stay active and engaged in the SSL, (Don’t just disappear, please. ;-;)
Making sure I’m not an idiot when it comes to trading and drafting.

We are looking to add 2 new team members to the PT team to take over the duties of some departing members. The two roles we are looking to fill on the team are:

1. Career PT grader: This individual will be in charge of grading any career PT tasks that are posted and distributing the appropriate funds/TPE that are associated with that task. This individual will also be responsible for updating the season for which players are eligible for the career tasks each offseason. Grading can be done at the individuals convenience as long as there is not a significant gap between grading sessions.

2. Weekly PT grader: This individual will be in charge of the weekly PTs. Each week the weekly PT post will need to be closed and a new one posted at the end of the league week. The grader does not need to always be available each week exactly at the time this switch over happens but the target will be for it to be posted by the first day of the league week. The individual will also be responsible for grading the previous week's PTs including checking for word counts and approrpiate affiliate links etc. Knowing how to run scripts in RStudio will be beneficial to grading efforts but not necessary for the role.

Job pay is a weekly PT pass (6 capped TPE per week) and $2,500,000 per season.
