Have learned that replies to articles don't get rewarded with any cold, hard cash to spend on my player. Was advised on Discord that as my reply below could stand as it's own article, I could potentially republish it to get money as well as TPE. Just learning the ropes here, so if the graders could let me know if they are cool with this, or if it's frowned upon, that would be great.
Considering it's the off season and I'm brand new to all this, thought I would throw my two cents (or pence, depending which side of the pond you live on) in as well.
I don't know how easy this would be to develop - not really my bag - but have you folks considered a dedicated app? Also had some points on the portal as accessible from mobile, see below:
1. Rather than 'Loading' and a buffer symbol, maybe get an SSL badge in there, spinning or otherwise? It's only for a second or two, tops, but got to promote that brand!
2. The top left button to select season number / Home / Trackers / Index feels a little on the small side (maybe my fingers are too fat?).
3. I click on Trackers or Index, and the drop down text is black, which doesn't stand out well against the grey. If I close the main drop down menu and then open it again, it changes to white text. Then, clicking the Trackers or Index options turns the text black again. And so on...
4. Option for different colour themes? I notice the main colours for SSL are white blue and gold, could have the option to switch from the grey background to blue, or maybe in your team's colours?
5. Bar to pick season number extends off the right hand side of the drop down menu.
6. With colour coding player attributes, maybe give the option (like the various Football Manager skins) to change the colours?
That'll probably do for now, don't want whoever develops this to think I'm ragging them! Keep up the good work!
EDIT: Also just noticed that 7. There doesn't seem to be a Scotland flag! My guy just has 'SCO' visible instead.
EDIT 2: 8. Notes section on player page? I'm thinking plans for player build, keeping track of TPE/money I'm waiting on, list of mortal enemies, etc.
