What if your team was a Magic: the Gathering deck? Okay, we’ve done the main 5 constructed formats, and we’re on team 6, so let’s do something off the wall and do…. Commander??? I’m not really a Commander guy, so I’m just gonna vibe on some lists I find, probably more cedh stuff so don’t blame me if you hate these decks.
Athletice Clava Romana / Inter London Football Club
Purple gold, what does that mean? Nothing in Magic really, purple isn’t a real colour, but it is blue and red, if you mix up some paint. There was a large event, apparently, in New York a week ago, so I’m browsing those lists.

Going down the lists, it looks like Roghrakh + Thrasios is good, but that’s not UR. Maybe to keep it simple, we go with a Niv-Mizzet straight UR list? That doesn’t feel gold enough. Man, looking at this list, there aren’t a lot of good commander pairings. We’re going to go with Niv-Mizzet at the end of it all, since the Roghrakh + Tharsios lists are all way too green.

If you want to make sure your opponents can’t combo win, protect your own combo, and just draw a million cards to do a million damage, have I got a list for you. This deck seems super into the denial aspect, and maybe it has to be in order to get up to the mana to play Niv-Mizzet. Bend, don’t break, and then unleash the floodgates.
Inter London is a clean UW, which is a pretty different vibe, similar, but way more prison-y in cedh I assume. It also doesn’t surprise me that there isn’t a good UW prison list for cedh, it just doesn’t work out. Since I don’t actually have any decks, I’m going to just post some possibly cool commanders?

Opponents don’t get to play cards, but you do. That’s the whole thing. Only you get to take actions, everyone has to watch.

This one looks cooler, you play a flurry of spells every turn, allowing your creatures to dance and bounce around and draw you more cards to draw more cards, sick, fun, and sounds like you’ll probably lose at the end of it.
