#1 Biography [Open to All Players not in regression]
Introducing… Robert Nazário de Lima de Assis Moreira dos Santos Edson Arantes do Nascimento McGlinchey

Born in the west end of Glasgow to an alcoholic, chronically unemployed Scottish father and a world famous super model Brazilian mother, this lad has a name that takes longer to read than a full 90 minutes of football. He shortens it to Robertsinho, taking his moniker from the diminutive form of his father's name - Rab (Robert) McGlinchey Snr.

Robertsinho is football’s version of the Kwisatz Haderach – the end result of a breeding programme run by the Scottish Government, in association with Barr’s Irn-Bru (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S36BCNgH9As for obvious Government propaganda). The plan - the kidnap and transportation of several thousand Brazilian woman, sent to the sun kissed shores of Largs and Leith to seduce bemused Scottish men. The aim – upsetting the apple cart of Scottish DNA with a kick of Guaraná and Samba to produce a generation of world beating footballers to win Scotland the next World Cup at a canter.

Six and half feet of solid granite with a chiselled beard to match, his superior Brazilian genes got him the modelling contracts in Milan and London, while the Scottish genes enabled him to tank bottles of Buckfast and Gregg’s sausage rolls for breakfast and still function with a degree of success on the football pitch.

As a baby, Robertsinho could dribble with his feet while dribbling from his mouth. He was able to spray 50 yard passes around a 40 yard pitch by the age of five. As he developed through his teens, scoring goals increasingly held no interest for him. He was far better satiated by gracefully stealing the ball from an opposing attacker, then pinging another ‘Hollywood’ pass from the heart of defence, either straight to the feet of his winger, or over the heads of spectators and through someone’s car window – nothing in between.

Alyssa Aulbach is a promising young prospect from Karlsruhe, Germany. She grew up playing football from quite a young age and proved to be quite skilled at it, quickly outgrowing her regular youth league. At the age of 10, her potential was noticed enough that she was recruited into the Schwarzwälder youth academy to continue honing her craft and developing her skills. In the academy, she quickly showed an impressive aptitude for offensive instincts in playing strikers, where she became a rising teenage star with a nose for the net. This environment proved to be ideal for her, being able to build her limitless skills and football abilities while still staying close to her home in Karlsruhe, where she went to a regular school and was able to stay close to her family and friends. Alyssa's skills grew so much and became so noticeable that by the time her 16th birthday was approaching, it was unclear whether she would continue growing through the Schwarzwälder system or go elsewhere through the SSL Academy program. Going to the Academy would give her a chance to face off against higher-level competition and get her name out there for scouts to take notice of, but it would also mean leaving home and moving away from Germany for the first time. She could potentially land with an Academy team like Stockholm IK, Atlético, or Istanbul which wouldn't be too far away, but could also possibly end up with somewhere like Sydney City on the other side of the world. On the flip side, if Alyssa chose to stick with the Schwarzwälder youth program, it would allow her to stay closer to home, but it would reduce the chance that she would end up getting the attention from scouts necessary to attain a professional career. Ultimately, Alyssa chose to go into the SSL Academy program, where she would get the chance to really show off what she could do at the striker position and take that leap of faith towards eventually becoming a professional football player.

Born in Milan, Piero grew up in a working class family and is the son of a metalworker. He comes from a long line of AC Romana fans, with his Grandad moving up to Milan from Rome a few decades ago seeking work. Sitting in the north stand, Piero was inspired watching his team take home the Major League title in season 14. He knew immediately that being a footballer is all he could ask for out of life.

He first came to my attention when I was watching my son play for the u16s against the Milan Monks. Piero stood out immediately as a cut above the rest. His cultured right foot was able to spray passes across the pitch and he ran the game in a way I haven't seen before from someone his age - my son couldn't get near him. I have followed his progress ever since - convinced he will become a star.

Over the following years, nobody worked harder in Milan then Piero. He was the best age group and found himself dominating the local leagues. Consistency was key and Piero was always first in and last out to training each week as he tried to perfect his passing. His craft.

Eventually, all his hard work got noticed by the SSL scouts and at the age of 17, he signed on to the SSL academy program with his first official contract. This is what he had to say.

"I’m obviously pleased, but this is only the start Silvio. I can't rest now"

Piero knows this all too well - if he is to realise his dream and play for Romana, he will need to impress in the academy leagues and get drafted.
