#1 Biography [Open to All Players not in regression]
Daan Wouters, a recent addition to the SSL Academy league playing for Stockholm IK, does not have to travel too far for his transfer from the Ajax Academy. Wouters was a pretty early bloomer which helped him be able to play many different sports while growing up with his tall height. And while he would eventually setter for football with that being both his favorite and what he was best at, learning to play sports like basketball and cycling helped build his physicality and cardio up which was very directly translatable to football. With Netherlands having more of a total football game engrained into their system, Wouters learned to play many different positions and transitioned into a pretty well-rounded player. He settled on a traditional number 10 role due to how much he liked helping and setting up his teammates and his close friendship with the striker on his team. When he joined Ajax it was in more of a Mezzala type of role, where he drifted wide even as a Central Midfielder into open space so that he could cross the ball into the box and try to exploit any weaknesses in the opposition defense.

While he could have been content to keep working in Ajax and trying to get promoted to their senior team, he realized that he could have more opportunities and join a fairly newer established league the SSL. While the draft would be coming up in a few months, for now he is ready to show off his talent and prove to teams that he deserved to be the first overall pick in the draft. He is most excited to get the chance to work with Bonnibel Bubblegum the striker on the Stockholm team, and try to make Bubblegum the academy leader in goals scored.

Either way, Wouters will never forget his time in Ajax or in Netherlands where he learned a lot about how football should be played, and he hopes when the WSFC come around, maybe he could get chosen to represent his country to show his appreciation for them.

Scott Newman was born in Los Angeles and fell in love with soccer from a young age. As a kid he would play street soccer with the other neighborhood kids and he loved acting as if he was a central attacking midfielder. He loved the idea of being able to help dictate the attack, set up his teammates, and potential score goals. During the summer he played soccer just for the fun of it. It was here where Scott learned the value of good teamwork and sportsmanship, something that he prides himself in to this day. In middle school he played on his schools modified team as a CAM and CF. The high school varsity coach was impressed with Scott's game, but didn't call him up to the varsity team once he started high school

Instead Newman played on his high junior variety team as a freshman and broke the state record for goals scored in a JV season. Having seen enough, Scott was called up to the varsity team as a sophomore. It was also during this time that some of the pro teams from both the MLS and European leagues started to take notice of the young prospect. Scott's initial plan was to graduate from high school and then sign a development contact with an English Premier League team. As his senior year was coming to a close he found out about the SSL and decided that he was going to change course and join that league. During this time he also represented the United States at the youth level and help the national youth teams win some CONCACAF youth championships

After graduating from high school, Scott committed to the University of Michigan to continue his career. His main goal was to get his game more well rounded before making the jump to the pros. While at Michigan, he was a starter for 4 straight seasons and won a couple of national championships. Now with Port Royal FC, some 2,800 mi away from home, Scott is looking to impress the SSL team scouts and begin the next part of his journey

Many cower in fear at the raw stature and athleticism of LeChonk, even at first glance. The mighty pokemon from the Paldea region strikes pure fear into the hearts of his opponents and will do the exact same on the pitch! Oh, you think he lacks in size and intelligence due to the fact he is in fact a pig? Wrong. He is a genetically altered apex predator looking to ruin every striker’s day for many years to come. Did he in fact get drafted second to last in his draft class? Yes. Why is this you may ask? Well his agent, who shall not be officially named but has the initials of “AJ” decided to reply to over half of the scouting conversations with a “67 gif” that somehow some way spurned certain scouts as they were unable to comprehend the real message behind the gif. That this player will destroy six to seven careers per year. If that was not impressive enough he is a left footed player that thrives on staying back and playing the anchor role. Is he slower than molasses? You betcha he sure is. That being said, LeChonk is in the gym every day guided by the brilliant manager Vesu who is working to get LeChonk into peak for so that for many seasons to come Cosmico will see the SSL Cup go their way and they will never need to worry about the idea of relegation ever again. The future only holds great things for LeChonk who many are calling the steal of the draft as his agent really did not think he had time to devote to this player but nevertheless that same person loves to procrastinate and earn some TPE. LeChonk will likely develop into a chirpy center back who likes to wind up opposing players in order to diminish their composure as time goes on in the game. As LeChonk cannot see color, red cards do not matter to him as all the cards look the same. The only thing on his mind is to tackle the heck out of any attacker and send the ball deep down the other side of the pitch.

Metalbeard lived quite the life before discovering soccer. Operating out of Cloud Cuckoo Land, Metalbeard was a fierce, freedom loving pirate who fought against the evil Lord Business and his monstrous Octan Corporation. He fought in glorious battles, one of which resulted in the decimation of his entire Master Builder crew. Metalbeard himself escaped with only his head. He was forced to build himself a hulking, amalgamation of a metal body. Despite longing for his former strapping, virile form, he pushed ahead with his useless metal body that could transfigure into any number of shapes and sizes. Eventually he met up with Emmitt and saved the world. Twice!

That second world saving event was very transformative for Metalbeard. Once a jaded, vicious pirate, the Sistar System taught him a new way to live and gave him a new lease on life. Gone were the sharp spikes and shark cannons of the past. His hooked hand was replaced with a horn and his dour, sea-worn colors were replaced by a gorgeous, glittery, purple coat. With feather boa! Curious what other fun and lighthearted activities the wider world might hold, Metalbeard set out to discover his new self.

Of course, being a being of the sea with a useless, ugly, utterly utilitarian heap of a metal body, Metalbeard insisted on finding something active to do. He discovered many sports. American football and rugby were interesting, of course, but when people kept their fingers pinched and legs snapped in half from being caught in Metalbeard's metal joints he was driven off. Basketball was much kinder to the 20+ foot tall pirate, but he kept shattering the rim with every dunk. He didn't like having to be so careful. Baseball was nearly impossible with how big his batters box was. Then there was soccer. His metal body couldn't build up lactic acid, so he never tired. His ability to reshape his body at will made him incredibly successful at avoiding penalties on his slide tackles. And, of course, no one could beat him to headers. The former pirate immediately fell in love with the sport. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Swiss Cheese is a dairy product of humble beginnings, first processed within a small facility in rural Switzerland. They don't remember much from this part of their life as it was quite the whirlwind of events. They just remember being packaged, sent overseas to a strange building filled with all sorts of other dairy products, then moved again to the back of some sort of business filled with people wearing white hats and aprons, before finding themselves lying on a large sandwich. Fortunately, the customer receiving this sandwich didn't seem very fond of Swiss Cheese for whatever reason, quickly taking them off the sandwich and discarding them before enjoying their lunch.

This nearly dangerous encounter for Cheese inspired them to take more control over their own life and really chase the dream I'm sure you would expect any slice of cheese to have: playing professional soccer. Cheese found a personal trainer (paid entirely in a year's worth of loose change they collected from various sidewalks) and began a rigorous training regimen to get in shape and learn the game. However, they quickly ran into some trouble: what role could a piece of swiss cheese possibly have on a soccer team, even if they did get an opportunity someday? Cheese was fragile, soft, could hardly support their own weight, had no eyes or ears to perceive anything happening around them, and was covered with rather large holes. With these concerns in mind, it was clear to Cheese that Goalkeeper was the best position for them, and some scouts representing Stockholm IK seemed to agree as they spotted Cheese training one day. They could hardly believe it as they were later approached with an invitation to join the Academy and get serious about their future playing soccer.

The idea of moving to another country for the first time since they were processed and packaged was a daunting one for Cheese, but they couldn't afford to get scared off now, as this may be their only chance. Many questions remain for Cheese's future: is goalkeeper really the best position for them? Should a piece of cheese be playing soccer at all? How are they even able to move? Cheese tried their best to push these questions out of their mind for now. Their focus now was to work with Stockholm's trainers to become the best piece of cheese they can be and see where that gets them.

Born in Bordeaux, France, it was clear from a young age that Bastien Deschamps would be destined for soccer greatness.

Despite his parents running a local vineyard with zero background in sport, Bastien grew up watching local soccer matches with his dad and eventually asked to play himself.

At the age of 5, Bastien was signed up to play with local team Fraternelle de Bordeaux. During his 2 years with the team, Bastien grew from no skill at all, to one of the fastest and most accurate players on the pitch, and while still so young, he was clearly playing above tge kevel he was currently at and easily surpassed his team mates in both stats and skill.

In 2015, Bastien was clearly struggling to stay focused and enjoy himself while playing at a much higher capacity then everyone else, so Bastiens parents, whom were very well-off financially, decided to enroll him in INF Clairefontaine, the post prestigious private soccer academy in France, the starting place for many of Frances elite players through history.

During his time at the academy, Bastien was able to hone his skills and challenge himself to a point where he was able to gain extreme growth after such a short time.

During his time at the academy, many French teams kept a close eye on Bastien, but it was FC Girondins de Bordeaux who would eventually offer Bastien a spot either their U-12 team.

Bastien would go on to sign with Bordeaux and play under them until 2019. At the age of 11 it was time for Bastien to consider his next steps and after putting in incredible time with the U-12 team, setting multiple team and league records, Bastien was offered a spot to join Bordeauxs academy where we would train until he turned 16.

In 2025, Bastien was approached by multiple teams in the SSL academy league and he is currently in talks to find himself a suitable contract.

As a boy in Nigeria Tex Star had an honest bringing up, he worked hard in the fields of Nigeria on his family's land. He would go to school briefly and work the rest of the day in the field with his father and brothers. When the kids weren't working, they played Football, and even though Tex was in the middle of the many boys he shined the brightest. So much so his father, mother, and the rest of the family gathered together what they could to move him off the family farm and into the prominent boy's youth football academy in Lagos. There he studied and played football around the clock, and he quickly blossomed into a star-studded attacker, with his beautiful footwork. This is where Tex also began to develop better with his Technique and finishing ability, always being undersized he wasn't the biggest, nor the strongest, but his ability to anticipate and manipulate defenders was hard for any of even the older youth players to keep up with. So much so that a scout of Victoria Falls youth academy showed up to a match and was in sure admiration for how the kid was able to make a hattrick look so easily at only a mere 14 years old. This cultivated the scout to call the boss and sign Tex immediately he had initially only heard but now he had seen enough. Tex was signed on a youth contract pending that it goes well he will be drafted in the SSL and able to sign with a Major squad.

Youth Stats age 12 to 14

Matches played 75
Goals 90
Assist 32

Youth Academy Rising Star Award 3x
Youth Academy Top Scorer 2x

Tex Star Stats U18 WSFC

Matches Played 7
Goals 5
Assist 2

On the international stage he got to show what he was made of playing against much older youth players in U18 WSFC and he created 7 opportunities total and got West Africa a WSFC Youth Cup in a final vs. Pyrenees Union winning 1-0 and taking home the Golden Boot.

Zay Bailey is the younger brother of Cam’Ron Bailey III. Growing up he always looked up to his older brother trying to emulate his game as much as he could. In some ways he was like him in some very different ways. The youth team coach who trained both of them would tell Zay. Your brother was more unpredictable but you're more skilled. This was something Zay was proud of but still sad about. His greatest memories of watching his brother play. He strived to find that in his game. He would constantly look to do the riskier thing more and more until one day he would just start gliding past his opponents. Once the dribbling was finally perfected in his mind he began to work on the playmaking. He asked his coach to be allowed to play more centrally instead of as a winger. That was the thing that took him to the next level. He was now able to work better in tight spaces and was beginning to see lanes for passes that he just hadn’t before. After his last year of playing just for local teams. Zay was ready to try to make it in the Ssl he felt ready. He had the utmost confidence in his abilities. He honestly felt he was not only more polished but just working with a better infrastructure than his idol and brother Cam’Ron Bailey III. Before going though he had one final talk with his brother a phone call asking for advice. Cam’Ron simply said one thing play your game. Everything will workout on the pitch as long as he plays the way he always has. Trying to become some player that he isn’t will simply lead to him losing his love for the game. Zay Bailey gets ready to platform himself in the Ssl now as the most entertaining player to watch.
