#1 Biography [Open to All Players not in regression]
Grant Transfer was always a promising player in youth academys, but not one that anyone really thought had the potential to be a star. A good handful of scouts even thought he would never make it pro, but the general consensus as he rose up the ranks was that he would end up fitting in as a lower end player on a championship team for most of his career, maybe being able to crack into the upper half of a good lineup in his peak. He found his fit primarily as an attacking midfielder as he was physically gifted, could move well and was very agile, and was an amazing passer, but he lacked shooting power and accuracy and so he was never able to make it up into the attack. He also struggled hard on defense and is not the most physical player, so he struggled to play further back in a true midfield and especially back role. He made up for these weaknesses though by being obsessed with the game and had extremely high soccer IQ. This, combined with great technically skills on the ball, allowed him to be an excellent facilitator and make a lot of creative moves that allowed him to create a lot of chances that many kids were unable to. When he was younger, this largely meant he had the offense run through him to some extent and he would make a move and try to create a chance, but as his leg power grew when he got older and he started to be more creative with his passes, he began to force the ball into tighter and tighter windows and eventually garnered a reputation for being able to create chances out of thin air. He never scored more than 5 goals in a season while he was at a youth academy, but he was always top 3 in assists.

For the past 2 years Butters Stotch was hard at work building his new hockey career in the SHL.  He showed off his rookie talent on the ice last year with his new junior team, the San Diego Tidal who selected Butters in the 3rd round.  Playing alongside the his rookie teammates who were taken in the 1st and 2nd rounds, Butters would show the hockey world how much of a steal his team got and finish the season as one of their clubs and the leagues top players.  After his first season in juniors he was now eligible to be drafted into the big league.  His agent worked frantically for weeks speaking to scouts and knew his client was about to make a big mark in the league and teams were not wanting to miss out on this player like the junior teams did.  However Butters was unconcerned the hype around him and was in the stands cheering for his teammates for the start of the draft.  When one of his teammates was selected at 16th overall in the 1st round Butters was still on his feet and cheering all the way until the 18th pick.  Then suddenly he heard his name called and the shock set in, Butters Stoch was selected by the Nashville Sound in round 1 at 18th overall.

As the offseason wore on and Butters was hard at work training when he overheard his teammates talking about their success and enjoyment playing soccer in the SSL.  With the unrelentless commitment to his teams and training already it only felt like joining the SSL was meant to be.  If players like Bo Jackson can play in two major leagues than why not Butters Stotch.

Butters got in touch with his agent and the two agreed this could be the perfect timing for entering the league. Within a short time the phone was ringing and Stockholm was ready to give Butters an opportunity in the leagues academy.  It took little time for him to find his play within the team and help a really strong group of players become even better.  Butters would certainly enjoy his short time with the Stockholm academy club and teammates and will be cheering for them as well in the upcoming draft.

Slim Towered's story didnt start in some famous soccer academy because ther wasnt one. It started in East St. Louis, IL where playing soccer wasnt the move. Most kids wanted to be football stars or B-ball stars but Slim always found himself diving around on fieldsat the park trying to stop shots. Money was tight growing up so brand new gloves and expensive camps weremt really an option. He made due with whatever he had and honestly it made him tougher. Every bit of adversity he faced just made him want to play more.

As he got older people started noticing this long ass skinny kid with crazy reflexes and tough attitude. Coaches from around Illinois kept hearing about him and before long he was playing against some of the best youth players around. Slim wasnt the flashiest goalkeeper but he was dependable. If his team needed a big save he'd usually come up with it time after time and thats what got him noticed and eventually earned him a call into the USA U21 team. something nobody around his neighborhood ever thought was possible or about at all because noone gave af about soccer.
Making the U21 squad felt like everything he worked for was finally paying off. He thought if he just kept improving maybe the full national team would come get him. Training was fasterand harder and way more competetive then anything he'd ever experienced but he loved every second of it. Then just when things seemed to be going perfect, everything changed.

A training injury put Slim on the sideline. At first everybody figured he'd only miss a few matchs but recovery kept taking longer and longer. Watching from the bench every was damn near harder then any rehab session. While he was trying to get healthy the backup goalkeeper got his chance and absolutely ran with it. He started making huge saves, winning games, and giving the coaches no reason to switch things back. By the time Slim was back to play his starting spot was already gone.

For awhile it really messed with his confidence. He wondered if all that hard work and all the bullshit had been for nothing. There was even times he thought maybe his career had already peaked before it really even started. He thought he was going back to East Saint with nothing to show but giving up never sat right with him so he kept training and waiting for another oppurtunity.
Now that chance has come with Jakarta. To most people there, hes not some dude who lost his spot because of an injury. Hes just another goalkeeper looking to prove himself. Slim sees this as a fresh start and a chance to rebuild everything he almost had. His story isnt about falling down its about getting back up!!

Tyson Blaze was an innocent Cyndaquil caught by his trainer in the wild about 17 years ago. Originally, Tyson’s purpose was to serve as the ace of his trainer’s team, battling gyms and gaining glory! Tyson would eventually evolve over the years, becoming a full fledged Typhlosion which he is now. He looks no different than your regular Typhlosion, but he did give himself his own last name because “Pokemon don’t do last names, but I’m no ordinary Pokemon!”.

Another unordinary part about Tyson, is that he himself was born in Munich, Germany. Typically, Typhlosions wouldn’t be found in Germany in general, as it’s more of a Charizard territory, but according to Tyson himself his family was brought in as an “invasive” species. He wasn’t a wild Pokemon long enough to figure out what the heck that meant though.

As a Pokemon, Tyson never went to school, but he did of course learn things here and there from being around his trainer and others. Talking was something he just sort of knew from day 1, but it doesn’t seem to be as impressive these days as it may have been once upon a team. Tyson could be considered a glorified guard dog more than anything, staying home and protecting the house when he wasn’t out battling and traveling Germany with his trainer. His trainer however did attend trainer school, but his trainer could never get into the meta of battling and quickly fell behind.

After a few years of battling, despite some successes, his trainer eventually stopped being able to win battles altogether, seemingly losing his passion for battling in general. Having to constantly give up so much money due to losing, Tyson and his trainer fell into some serious financial trouble with seemingly no way out. That is until the local Soccer academy had a flyer for open tryouts and Tyson’s trainer saw it as a great opportunity to put his Pokemon in to make them some money! Tyson’s struggled a ton to get used to playing the game, but he’s learned that he’s great at kicking the ball to others, and thus has committed his game to being the ultimate support to hopefully free him and his trainer from financial ruin while also bringing REAL glory to his trainer after never being able to do so properly before!

He was born on the streets of Istanbul, on a cold night in the middle of winter. He was abandoned as a child.

he doesn't know his mother or father. He was raised by a cart man who called him Doner Kebab.

Since he had no schooling, he only played footy on the street. This led to him becoming one of the best technical players in Turkey.

When he was 10, he played up at 14u, he scored more goals than anyone, and had more assists than anyone. When he turned 15, he moved to Germany and this is where he found home at the 10.

He takes no shit, and is very witty as he grew up on the streets.

Not having family

He played for his local clubs in Turkey before moving to Leipzig's academy at the age of 15.

He scored the winner against Bayern at the age of 17, this is what put him on the map. He took Leipzig to 2nd in the table as an 18 year old and suddenly was rhe next big player.

After putting Leipzig on his back, everyone in the world wanted a piece of Döner Kebab. He was the face of Turkey. Scouts saw his potential as a boy, and now he was ready to conquer the world as a man.

Doner left germany because he wanted a bigger challenge and saw that in the SSL, with competative teams a leagues, he saw that as his best fit to make a huge impact.

Powerful box to box midfielder who can affect play in the defensive half, as well as find a pass or shot. Plays physical and fast paced, as well as having technical ability to open up teammates and himself.

Player of the season, many many league titles, and world cup, and to be a hall of famer

Kazeno Kagenori is an odd case, hailing from a different dimension entirely than the one that SSL takes place in. He comes from a world much similar to ours, but in the future and in a world where superpowers exist and are commonplace. In his world, those who are best at using their specific powers become heroes, and work to keep the world safe from those who would use their superpowers, or 'Quirks' for evil. Kazeno was one of these heroes, having attended UA High School, which specializes in training the new generations of heroes, and their graduates go on to be ranked towards the top of Japan's hero rankings every year. One day, as Kazeno was on a mission dealing with a certain persistent group of villains from the city's underbelly, he let his guard down and got transported to this dimension. As he woke, he found his Quirk was gone and though he ended up in Japan, the Japan he ended up in was completely different from the one he called home. A foreigner in his home land, Kazeno searched for a way to get back home, but with no money to his name here, and no place to call home, he turned to the one thing that did translate to this new dimension: his athletic prowess. Though he didn't have super strength back home by any means, any hero worth their salt was well-trained and had a great physique. In this world, becoming an athlete was his best option to make a living, and sure enough, soccer was the big one in the place he landed. So he set out on a quest to make a living through the SSL, and hope that one day he would be able to find his way back home and continue his hero work.

Bonnibel Bubblegum woke up in her nice bedroom for another day as ruler of the Candy Kingdom, but not everything was as bright and colorful in her eyes as it has been in the past. The stress and responsibility of being a ruler of a bunch of dumb citizens has really started to bring her down as of late, and the drive to keep going has been becoming weaker and weaker. She looks out her tower window and sees Starchy trying to pick up another sad widow, and Punchy spilling their punch all over Chocoberry, angering Mr Cupcake. These are events that she has seen time and time again and quite frankly she is tired of creating resolutions to these dumb problems. She wishes she could get away, start a new life and legacy for herself. Life as a princess has taken away her autonomy to pursue interests outside of national defense and scientific innovation, and it feels like living in the movie Groundhog Day. That's when she gets an idea.

She calls upon Peppermint Butler and looks at him fondly.
"Pep But, I want you to have this", she says, handing him her crown, "I want you to be the new princess. If any candy citizen deserves it, its you. I need a break, and I need to find my own way"

Peppermint Butler looks concerned but doesn't dare to disobey his creator. Besides, becoming the new Princess is an awesome promotion.

"Don't worry about me, I'll be back when I feel like I have a new lease on life. I need a shakeup. Pleas take me to the almighty Prismo."

Pep But gasps, but agrees. He calls upon Prismo the Wishmaster to transport Bonnibel to the Time Room, and Prismo responds quickly.

"Ah, Princess Bubblegum", Prismo quips, "finally decided to use your wish?"

"Yep, its about time Prismo, and I know exactly what I want."

There is a pause, where everything feels silent.

"I wish to be a soccer star."

Michele “Magic Man” Honcho was born in Fiorano Modenese, Italy to a former US Nascar driver, Cal Honcho and his Italian born mother, Carmen Pisa. From a young age, Michele was told he would make a fantastic Formula 1 driver one day. While his mother wanted him to play the sport of her country, his father Cal wouldn’t allow it. He even bought a house right next to The Fiorano Circuit, which is Ferrari’s private track. He figured if young Michele could hear the sounds all day everyday it would take any thought of this soccer out of his mind. While his father often traveled as a pit team member, his mother would throw a soccer ball at his feet and let him play around. Combine this with his fathers intense weight lifting regime, Michele became quite the athlete. One day during gym class, Michele blasted a 60 yard top left corner shot that went through the net. His teach was in awe and assumed it was just a fluke. However as the sports day went on he saw flashes of greatest in front of him. Michele was making these 13 year olds look like toddlers. And when it was time to do track and field.. Well that’s wnen Mr. Ravioli the gym teacher knew he had what it took. Michele, running a 100 meter dash for the first time managed to run a 10.9 against the wind, crushing the national record for his age. One day his dad came home from a trip early to find the Italian National coach in the back yard watching Michele do cone drills.. He didn’t say anything.. Just watched his son look like sweet baby jesus.
After taking some persuading from his mother, Michele was allowed to focus on soccer full time, working with club teams his teenage years until he began to hear rumblings of a different league. One that people called the “Simulation Soccer League”, and thus the journey began.

Coming from a wealthy family of investment bankers, both his parents being as such, it was an unlikely that Franco Maestro would ever head towards professional sports. In fact, from a young age, Franco was thrust into private schools, academies and tutoring to the point of rebellion. He would regularly sleep during his regular classes, much to the annoyance of the class and his teachers. Worst of all, he would occasionally skip classes to go enjoy the sun and be outside instead of learning,
Eventually, he and his parents got called in to the principal’s office and through mediation it was clear that Franco had no interest in having his childhood days filled with classes. It was recommended that he pick up a sport to get rid of his ‘excess energy’ and that ended up being football.
From Franco’s first moments in the school’s organized sports, it was clear that he had an extra gear that the other kids didn’t have. Faster, stronger, smarter than the other kids, he would utterly dominate both the competition and his team. It wasn’t long after that the Milan Football Academy scouted him and began pushing to get him signed up. Within the same year he began playing seriously, he transferred to the academy which would shape his future beyond anyone’s imagination. Facing stronger competition both in talent and in age, Franco had no issue adapting himself to the environment. His academy coach ended up deciding that his talents as a finisher would suit Franco the best. Thus began the days of Franco terrorizing the northern Italian academy leagues.
Behind the scenes, Franco’s parents were hard at work using their financial expertise to act as his player agents. Reaching out to international scouts to evaluate their son it wasn’t long before they recommended him to declare for the SSL Academy and grow beyond the confines of a single country. His parents would let him bask in the glory whilst in the shadows they would do what they do best, manage money.
