His first name was given to him after the father and mother mispelled the name of an Icelandic Ice Hockey Player called Mak Seker .He’s very calm but on the field becomes himself, “Shield and Hit” is his motto. Born in Quebec, Canada thanks to his momma and papa Maya and Robert. Most of his life was a fan of Ice Hockey, but then he met a girl at a soccer game and became infatuated by the two, mostly Wanda, the girl. He speaks french too, he learnt it by himself, he loves the language. At kid’s age was a very calm boy, but did not like to study, he found it annoying but for a very good cause:”I’d like to be taught by books, not bound”. As a matter of facts, finished the school’s years, he became a bookworm. He’s very sad to leave his friends and family and town, but he loves the game so much he couldn’t live without it. He promised Wanda he would get back as soon as possible with a trophy, although she said the only “thing” she wanted was his heart and papers for the marriage, without the pre-nup!His lifehood dream in to have a family and a good career, trophies aside he dreams to be one of the less yellowed or red carded player in every season. He wants to play ball, not the foot. After his career will be over he wants to open a Tepee camping with his family, and give a bunch of the money to his sons or daughters, he wants mostly women in his family. The last day in his town before getting into the airplane, he spent it with his family and friend. I’ll be back, he said, mimicking the voice of a famous Canadian politician. With the first salary payment he wants to bring them all to at least two of his home game, so they could stay in town and tour the magic city of Buenos Aires. When he gets old he wishes to see at least one of his daughter follow his FOOTsteps, cause after all he really loves most women’s football game.

APPROVED

Cole Mertz is an Irish footballer known primarily for his defensive play with a penchant for distributing the ball. Born in Galway, Ireland, Mertz would not start off playing football. Instead, he opted for the much less popular sport of ice hockey. It was here Mertz would develop the same playstyle that he would later adopt on the pitch. A shutdown defender, Mertz would rarely show up on the scoresheet in any category outside of PIMs, despite this he was an excellent shutdown player. Mertz would lead his youth league in most defensive categories, however, the hockey scene in Ireland wasn't exactly thriving. To attempt and fight his way into a professional sports league, Mertz would switch over to football early on in his childhood. In the Irish youth system, Mertz primarily played as a defensive winger, sometimes playing deeper down the pitch as a wingback. It was a difficult transition for the young player, as outside of the mental side of the game none of the technical skills he had developed playing hockey would transfer over to football. It was noticed early on that he could be a dangerous player from the wing with the ability to cross that was unmatched within the youth league, however, Mertz played a more responsible defensive game first before looking to move into the attacking third. This would ultimately limit his performance, watching the gifted winger struggle to generate chances when it mattered. The trademark of Mertz's game would become his ability to hold the opposition out of the box, shutting down some of the league's best talent from breaking into the penalty area. Playing in the wide areas of the defensive third is where he excelled, but the overall quiet impact of his game would hold him off of most professional prospect boards. As a result, Mertz would miss the SSL draft altogether, eventually being picked up on waivers by a struggling Rio squad where he would begin to carve his name into professional football history. Hopefully the young defender will be able to change his fate in the professional scene, rather than fade into obscurity.

APPROVED

Sator Freddy was born in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States of America. The exact date is unknown, because he was dropped off at a Boston fire station and abandoned by his birth parents while still an infant. The child was brought to a local orphanage where he was cared for, but the environment was lacking. Despite the restriction on televisions in the orphanage, Sator would sneak to the janitor’s closet after dinner each night to watch all of the Boston sports teams. The quickly growing boy fell in love with the spirit of competition and demonstrations of physical prowess. He admired the physicality of football and hockey, the finesse of basketball, and the natural talent of baseball.

Unsurprisingly, the orphanage was a rough place for a boy alone in the world (as all the boys were at this particular location), and despite being one of the biggest boys in his class, there were always older, bigger boys pushing Freddy around. He could - and would - hold his own in the fights. But when the faculty joined in on the bullying, Freddy decided to run away.

Sator ran to the Boston docks. Through the markets. And onto a cargo ship. He did not know where he was going - just going away from here. The 8-year-old boy was able to stow away in a seldom-used corner of the ship, where he ate kitchen scraps for the month-long voyage. With no knowledge of a destination, Sator stepped off the ship to an antiquated, yet stunningly beautiful metropolis. But all the people spoke a little funny.

The young Freddy was in London. And here his soccer journey began. He soon wound up at a church, having nowhere else to go, and was placed in another orphanage. Freddy had to be convinced to go (based on his previous orphanage experience) but was pleased to discover that he would be officially adopted in a matter of months. His adopted family moved to Manchester for business shortly after adopting Freddy.

Here in Manchester, there was no baseball on TV. No football, hockey. Not even basketball. But there was loads of soccer. Soccer on TV and soccer in the streets. And it was here where Sator found his calling. He had natural ability, yet brought an American physicality to the game that fit in well with old-school English Football. Sator, a local Manchester boy, was noticed by the Red Devil’s youth squad and brought on board. He worked his way up through the ranks and even made a few appearances for the senior squad in friendlies.

Sator Freddy was acquired via transfer by expansion club Sydney City. The 18-year-old defender has relocated to Sydney and is prepping to begin his journey in the SSL.

CODE

456 words

APPROVED

Mack Fred was always a gifted football player, it had been said by every single talent scout that had ever seen the young Irishman play the game of football. Despite being born in the vibrant city of Rio, Fred moved with his parents to the tiny city of Cork, Ireland at a young age, to escape the poverty that was rife amongst smaller areas throughout Rio, and to create a better life for young Mack Fred on the Emerald Isle. As soon as Fred could move his feet it was clear to everyone that he was destined to play the game of football. He began his career playing for the youth ranks of Cobh Ramblers, one of the local lower division teams in his area. Fred could play in any range of positions from out wide to central midfield, but as a youngster his preferred position was always up front, leading the strike force, as you see, Fred loved to be the centre of attention, the team hero, bagging in all the goals for the squad, and the pressure of being relied on to score did not faze him one bit, as a matter of fact it only helped him thrive more, as he continued to bag goals upon goals for Cobh. Always a step ahead of the curve, when Fred was 7 years of age he was playing wi5 the U11 team and by the time he was 10 years old he was bagging in goals for the teams U16 squad. Eventually his talent for Cobh caused the main League of Ireland team in Cork, Cork City, to notice Fred, and they signed him to his team. Fred continued to nurture and develop his talent as a striker whilst playing for the youth teams at Cork City, however Fred’s ambitions had always been bigger then playing for some mediocre team in Ireland, he had grander ambitions, to be a worldwide household name in the game of football, and more importantly, to give back and to provide for his parents who had taken him out of Brazil to a better life all those years ago

355 words

APPROVED

Michael Müller was born in Görlitz Germany on September 23rd, 2004, to his parents Franz and Frieda Müller. Michael is the oldest of three siblings, his younger brother, Lukas, and his baby sister Petra. He took on Futbol from an early age, learning the ropes from the great Michael Ballack as a favor to his father Franz. That’s exactly where Franz and Frieda got the name Michael, as he and Franz were childhood friends. Either way, Michael Müller learned from a young age how to be able to shoot with boot feet and was growing at an astounding rate, sprouting to an astonishing 6’2 (basically) by the time he was 14. Michael Ballack was able to assist Michael Müller In his aerial techniques at a young age because of this.

Michael Müller, as he turned 16, started to play for his local clubs in Görlitz Germany, under the tutelage of Michael Ballack. Müller attempted his best to copy the same style of Ballack, as that was all he had known, and soon realized that it was not his forte. While he had quite some foot speed, and was able to accelerate to his speed quickly, he just did not have the arial ability that he and Ballack worked on rigorously throughout his youth. Something did click with Müller though, and that was the ability to cross the ball like no one else was on the pitch. Müller’s crossing ability, especially at that young age was something astonishing. Everything else was pretty much a work in progress. Composure was something though, that Müller did not lack, as he was able to always stay composed as he played through even the toughest of games. Even though your father is friends with the great Ballack, something lacked in Michael. That was obvious. His Work rate suffered as he aged because, like most teenagers, he just kind of wanted to do his own thing and not force his way through soccer forever. As he turned 18, he was able to sign up for the SSL, and was immediately claimed by a few different teams. He ended up going to the Seoul Mythic Football Club, where he is far away from home, and is going to have to mature fast if he wants to be able to keep up with everyone else.

(387 words)

APPROVED

Ah, the beginning of the life of the fabled Skoomina Hulk a Votto. As some of you may know, there was another player in SSL with a somewhat similar name, Skooma Hulk a Votto. Skooma entered the league and was immediately subject to a career ending injury after only 5 minutes of being on the pitch. Years later, Skooma had a daughter named Skoomina, thus the story begins.

Skoomina grew up in downtown Dusseldorf, Germany, known for being very industrious. She was never great in school or had many friends so she mostly just stuck to herself. Skooma, her father, didn’t want Skoomina to know anything about his prior football career, as he didn’t want little Skoomina to face the same fate that he once did when he finally got his chance on the pitch. Progressing through school, Skoomina continued to struggle with keeping up with the rest of her classmates and would regularly miss or turn in assignments late. She started to feel like she didn’t have a purpose in her town, until she joined the track and field team in middle school. Shortly after joining the track team, the coach noticed the very familiar “Hulk a Votto” last name, as he was a big fan of SSL back in the day. One day after practice, the coach approached Skoomina about her fathers prior football career, to which she had no knowledge of. Directly after being questioned about her father from her coach, she went home and confronted her father about his football past. Skooma sat her down and told her everything about the beginning to the end of his career. From that moment on, Skoomina set out to be a star midfielder just like her father. Skooma was known primarily for his passing ability and was set to be a star attacking midfielder in SSL. Naturally, Skoomina looked to follow in his footsteps as a dynamic passing threat in the midfield. Skoomina was quickly sought after by many youth academies as she showed incredible natural talent for passing the ball. After that, there’s not much more to see. So far Skoomina’s rookie season has shown all the hype and potential she had as a young footballer, we can only continue to watch her grow and be the top class of the midfield that her dad was once set out to be.

APPROVED

Mojo Rizing...Nicknamed The Great One was born January 1st, 2002, in the South Bronx, New York, U.S. In just a short time, even in grade school, Mojo's flare and Alpha Dog lifestyle and frequent public trials as a juvenile have made him a prominent figure in the streets of New York

Rizing is the fifth of 13 children born to John and Fannie Rizing, both of whom were children of Italian immigrants. In elementary school at the age of 10, Rizing became a leader of a local gang in the East New York section of Brooklyn, and he became involved with crime and stealing. After dropping out of high school, he frequently had skirmishes with the law and was arrested, mostly for petty crimes, nine times between the ages of 13 and 18.

When he wasn't in trouble, Rizing would be seen in the Soundview section of Clason Point, on the dirt-filled pitch, playing in matches against players much older and stronger than he was. This was never a bother, as Rizing's smooth technique and natural ability to control the pace of the match, scoring 31 goals in his first season, as this was always his "heaven." Rizing's ability to dominate was quite clear that he was going to be a top flight Gangtsa or a Legendary Footballer...Turns out since age 7, he'd been playing in the parks and his name was being mentioned all over the streets to where it grew to be known all over Europe...Football Scouts were always knocking on his door, calling his phone, and following him around everywhere he played...

Then, April 25th, 2022 he received a visit from Icon Manager, Omniscius, who made him an offer he could not refuse -- to join the FC Catalunya! Now, the Football Prodigy is the main Striker for the Red & Gold, and the Road to Glory continues in the SSL!

APPROVED

Born in the Great nation of Equestria before deciding to move to London England, Twilight Sparkle has always been a bit fascinated by human sports. When she first moved to England in order to explore the human world for her teacher Princess Celestia, she was taken to a small soccer match by her friend Rainbow Dash and took a bet from Dash to try out for the semi-pro team. To her surprise, she was eventually accepted onto the team and decided to work her hardest to make the team proud. She originally worked as a defender before moving onto a winger on the right side. In her first season she was mostly just used as a role player off the bench before finally getting a shot as a starter in her second season.

Before she started playing soccer as a main career, she was a diplomat for Celestia and learned about magic from her. Despite being a unicorn originally and having the stigma of being not as physically strong as Earth ponies, she has always been surprisingly athletic and had been a cheerleader for various sports across Equestria as a way to stay fit. It was this athleticism and a lot of practice when it comes to running on two legs in her human form that helped her when she started playing soccer. She still is a diplomat for her teacher, but now uses her status as a local celebrity to talk about Equestria to various media sites.

Her parents, Twilight Velvet and Night sparkle, and her brother Shining Amour have been as supportive as they can be for her. They have not been able to attend each game she is in but they have tried thier best to keep up with them. Now that she has played semi-pro soccer for three seasons, Twilight decided that it is the time for her to get ready for the next level by going into the SSL draft. While she is not sure about when she will be drafted, she is ready to do her best for any team that drafts her and broaden her horizons to more parts of the human world that she has not seen before.

(366 words)

APPROVED

He was born to parents that had recently left the collapsed Soviet Union as travel restrictions have been lifted. His parents chose Germany due to them being ethnic Germans that had lived in German dominated communities which made the transition to adapting to the German society easier than for normal immigrants.

Konstantin was playing for the local football team from his part of town and went through the youth ranks of Lehnerz together with Jamal Musiala who later would be a known wonderkid in the football world. Jamal usually played as a more central attacking Midfielder in their time together and would be involved in a plethora of goals that Konstantin scored whose position was more that of a traditional Striker who is the number 1 goal threat on the team. The pair would form quite the lethal duo up until Jamal would go to the youth teams of Chelsea.

Without his partner in crime Konstantin had quite a bit of a tougher time getting his beloved goals but still managed to score enough so that his team would be able to gain promotion to the best youth league in his state. The main team of his club also managed to gain promotions up until the 5th tier of the German football pyramid.

Now as for his player profile? Well Konstantin is a classic number 9 in the old sense. A player who has a nose for goals and sees it as his primary duty to be involved in the goal scoring process, preferably as the one actually kicking the leather into the net but at times also being the one who made the final pass. Starting out Konstantin see himself as an Advanced Forward that strives to become a more Complete Forward once he has reached his peak performance. In regards to how he creates chances his major strength should be his overall quickness that lets him win races against the opposing players while have quite good technical skills and finishing to be able to actually convert the chances he can generate.

APPROVED
